I first tried this honey on Christmas , since I received it as a business gift.I am very picky when it comes to thyme honey, because many time I have observed that the thyme aroma does not stand out.This is an excellent honey . I like the fact that is is 100% natural and its texture is as runny as I like it.I bought this to remember the taste again.I searched to find a bigger jar but failed, because I put honey in my herbal tea each morning so the bigger jars is something I prefer.Nevertheless I was so happy to find it that it doesn't matter.

Use it raw as a toping on buttered bread. Glaze pork or poultry. Crystalization is an attribute of pure and natural honey. Bring back to liquid consistency by gently heating the jar in bain-marie bellow 45C°.
