It came in a very nice little zippered case which made packing it easier
I just got this for a trip to London. I needed a low-priced adapter to charge all my stuff, including a phone, external battery pack, watch and wireless earbuds. This adapter worked perfectly. It came in a very nice little zippered case which made packing it easier. Its essentially a 3x3 or so cube, so it will fit into the corner of any piece of luggage you have. I got this one specifically because it had the 4 USB ports along with a regular plug in outlet and it was very convenient to plug in my devices before bed and not have to get up and switch them out halfway through the night. I guess you could but an adapter plus a USB hub but why carry 2 things when you only need one? This is definitely for electronics and gadgets - I wouldn't plug a hair dryer into it or something. But for an overseas work trip where you need to have your electronics charged and on the ready, this worked perfectly.

Worked great on my trip to Korea
This adapter provided phone charging for me and two friends during my recent stay in Korea. Korea uses a euro-style plug. I found the fit into the receptacles to be very loose, to the point that the adapter tended to slip out, but this was true of every cord and adapter we had with us; I think the hotel just had old, loose europlugs. Our hotel room was also equipped with a couple of universal (UK/US/Euro) type receptacles; I ended up extending the UK prongs on the adapter to plug it in there, and that was were it stayed. Charging was not particularly fast, but it was acceptable. I was able to plug my laptop charger into the US receptacle when I needed it, so that aspect of the adapter works fine as well. For the uninitiated: this is NOT a voltage converter, so any US appliances you plug in while visiting somewhere with 220V power (IE: most places in the world) need to be rated for 120-240V operation. Most laptop and mobile device chargers are rated that way, but you need to check before plugging in; the voltage rating will be printed or embossed on the power adapter if it was reputably manufactured. Hair dryers, curling/straightening irons, and other resistive heating devices will probably NOT work with this unless they are specifically designed for international use. (Consult your owner's manual, etc. etc.)

Updated.
Update*The company contacted me :) (I didn’t contact them) and sent me a newer version of this. I have tried it on a US outlet and the USB ports no longer have the issue charging an iPhone. I’ll be traveling to Germany soon and I have high hopes it will stay in the outlet better.Love the concept. Works decent. Complaint is when I use the usb charger for my Apple phone it says accessory not supported. Tried 5+ cables so it’s definitely the adapter. Also it’s a bit loose when plugged into an outlet. Used the two prong round and the three big prongs. Both loose when plugged in.

Truly international adapter for low-wattage devices!
Truly worldwide! This travel adapter plugs in to European, British Empire (UK, AU), Asian AND North American (female) outlets, and accepts (male) plugs from those countries as well. So, it's great when you travel from US to overseas, but also can be used by visitors to the US from overseas. This is an adapter, not a converter. What's the difference? An adapter adapts between different shapes of plugs and sockets. A converter (or transformer) changes one voltage to another, like allowing you to plug a US (110 - 120 Volt) appliance into a European (220 - 240 V -- also found on most cruise ships, by the way) power supply. (By the way, there are also inverters, that change DC current (from a car or battery) into AC current.) Do you need an adapter or a converter? You probably only need an adapter because most new-ish devices (like the iPhone) and most small appliances (like a shaver or toothbrush) accept both 110-120 and 220-240 V. The device or appliance will either automatically switch between each type of power supply, or there will be a small switch (usually a slider switch on the bottom of the device or appliance).

you will understand how great is this product
If you have been to Korea, you will understand how great is this product. Last year when I traveled in Korea, I didn’t know their charger was different from the U.S.. i just had one iPhone charger. and didn’t have any Transverter. So in those two day. All my electronic were out of power. That’s suck if you need GPS for traveling. So this one is really helpful. It have 3different kind of the charger, 2 USB adopter. And multiple socket. When I push the charger out, I thought it’s broken, because I can pull it back and change the other. But I was wrong. You just need to push the bottom. Very easy to change the charger. Small and easy to carry too. Love it!

Great if you are planning on visiting several continents.
This was a great for world traveller. I have used it in south east asia and australia. I will definitely take it along to my upcoming trip to South America. It works flawlessly. It charges my electronics quickly as long as I use my fast charging cable and plug. The USB do a great job of regularly charging electronics if you are leaving the hotel room for extended periods or charging overnight. If there was a model that had build in fast charging USB ports I would purchase it in a heart beat. The carrying case offers good protection for it and is nice bonus.

My wife and I just returned from Italy, and this adapter/converter was awesome. We were able to charge multiple devices at once, and it did not affect the charge at all with three or four USB cables plugged in. It is small and takes up very little space in baggage, and it comes with a case. We are travelling to the UK in a few months, and this lil guy will be with us as well. I would highly recommend this little thing for any travelers.

Problem Solved
Extremely clever design that not only is convenient to use in the US but great for travel. My girlfriend was leaving for a trip to Thailand and wanted to know what to buy to charge her phone and tablet while there. I had no clue what was being used in Thailand and my internet search provided conflicting answers. This unit solved the problem and can be used in most countries. It also seems to be sturdy in design and useful back home to charge multiple devices such as tablet, phone and drone batteriesUpdate: Back from Thailand she reports it worked well. I am using it now in the US to charge multiple devices
