Gets the job done for what I need.

I liked the idea of buying a blood glucose meter as i need to follow my blood glucose levels for a research project. As other reviewers said that it is accurate I figured i’ll give it a try and purchased. Used it today for the first time but the results are all over the place. As added info i am not diabetic and have no blood sugar issues, my last test at hospital had 81 fasting glucose in the morning. I tried to measure several times today and wasted 5 test strips using blood from different fingers and it always came as LOW which as per the leaflet would mean less than 20 mg/dL and it tells u in such case to contact a doctor immediately. Obviously there was nothing wrong with me i felt fine. Then i had my breakfast (some eggs with bread and tea) waited for an hour and tried to test again. First strip came as LOW again. Then next one came as 59 then third one came as LOW again. All within a minute. And even the 59 does not seem accurate. Now to try and push the reading to show a higher value i ate half a large glass of Nutella. After a while i tried to measure again and it shows as 155. Out of all the readings this is the only one that remotely makes sense even though I still don’t think its correct cause usually when doctors have measured i’ve never been over 135 ever but it could be. Will try a few more times throughout the day but I think I’ll return the device. For blood glucose the whole point is that reading needs to be accurate. Quite disappointed it looked such a helpful little device but just doesn’t seem reliable 😔

doubt on readings, hard to set up

This is certainly an excellent device, and I ordered one for my mother. The results come faster, and it is more user-friendly. Needs less blood as a sample. We have used it for a week now. Until now, there seemed to be no issue. 50 strips are also included in the package.

The devices is extremely usefull and accurate. Quality is good and must have for sugar patient. Good for travelling and should keep it always. I have been using and doctor recommended as well
