High quality reflex hammer for the the medical student
The quality of this reflex hammer is great! It’s amazing for medical students who need something light to carry around. It’s small enough to fit into a pocket, or into a case with other medical tools. It also comes with a quality velvet bag for storage purposes. The hammer is softer than other reflex hammers that exist on the market, and the needle and brush feature too is great. I wish the needle was a bit more sharper, since it has a little flat stub at the end of it. The brush is way too stiff to be a brush. All the hairs are hardened and fixed into place no matter how much I move them to loosen them. The hammer is a bit shorter than I had expected, since the standard size is usually longer than the hand itself. My hands are small and the hammer length is the length of my hand. I don’t think I would use this reflex hammer in a professional setting since the size is too small, but this would definitely be great for practicing!

Great, but too light and short
Everything works well except that the instrument itself is too light, and is a little too short.

Great reflex hammer
Works well. Has a great weight to it. Doesn't feel cheap at all while the price is great. Even came with a velvet bag for storage. Very happy with it.

Good Reflex Hammer But Has Flaws
I am in the medical profession and got this reflex hammer because the ones provided for me by my employer are too heavy and hard. I always find myself trying not to hit a patient too hard with the work reflex hammer, which leads to poor results in eliciting reflexes. Someone recommended to try this type of hammer, although not specifically this brand. This particular one was priced reasonably and looked similar to what my colleague was using, so I decided to give it a try. The ends of the hammer definitely feel softer and can be aimed more precisely to elicit the reflexes. I love how lightweight this instrument is and it can easily fit in my lab pocket. I would definitely say that it helps me hit harder without fearing that I would hurt someone. At the same time, this hammer has a few flaws. First off, it is way too short. My hands are very small and the entire thing almost fits in the palm of my hand. I wish the handle was longer, or at least had the ability to retract and be adjusted. The needle and brush that come with the hammer are a great idea for checking the sharp/dull sensation, however the brush is way too stiff and hard and will not work for this purpose. The bristles are just as sharp as the needle that the hammer comes with. I will continue to use cotton balls for this purpose. To me, if something like that was going to be included, the company should have went an extra step to make the brush softer. Overall, this reflex hammer is an improvement from the generic ones I have at work, but it is not perfect.

Works.
Reflex Hammer, with Needle and Brush - Tromner Neurological Reflex Hammer for Neurologic Reflex Diagnosis and Testing - Light Weight Neurology Therapy Instrument by QIYUN - BlueWorks decently well. Not the best hammer I've used, but does the trick. A combination of lighter weight and smallish head makes for a fiddly hammer. Build quality is good.

Hammer works wonderfully. I'd make the pinprick needle sharper and the fine-touch brush softer
The two heads of the rubber reflex hammer work very nicely. To elicit pinprick responses I'm going to sharpen the needle tip just a tiny bit more. I'm also going to rub the bristles of the fine-touch brush to make them a bit softer. For the money, great value.
