The BEST Karate book
After reading martial arts literature for more than 20 years I am truly impressed with Robert Thoburn's book: "Karate: Olympic Style Kumite." This book combines substance with application and is developed from strong technical roots. Whether you are a martial arts historian, an international fighter or an active parent of a martial arts child this book has something for you. Finally, someone has stepped up and recommended a detailed training program complete with goal attainment accountability. Thoburn's book has helped myself and my students in our training and I am confident it will do the same for you.
