Great Customer Care
This is a great product which fully served our needs. Unfortunately it stopped working after 2 months but as soon as I contacted the supplier a replacement was sent out immediately no questions asked. Great service thanks guys

One side has stopped working after 6 months
I have had this airfryer for almost 6 months now and the left side drawer has stopped working. I've tried to contact the seller but no contact details are available. Complete waste of money!

Highly recommend Cooks well 😋
Good air fryer, can use one side or both as required. Has the ability to sync both sides to finish at the same time using different temperatures, or cook both at the same setting. A larger drawer is available which is a great option for larger roasts. Can be fiddly to understand how to program at first but once you know it’s easy to use.

Works great but poor customer service
I bought this back in August 23 and we have loved it! Works perfectly fine! Our right hand basket has recently stopped working and I would like to reach out to them about the possibility of ordering a replacement basket but I can’t seem find ANY way of contacting the supplier. Any help would be amazing, starting with a contact email! Thank you

Yes at last I got one I could afford! And so far it’s be brilliant! It’s a leaning curb ! But a very welcomed appliance in my kitchen !

stopped working after 5 months
Only one side now works after 5 months a waste of money do not waste your money.

Stopped working
I had this for 9 months and it stopped working I was cooking on it and ot stopped half way through cooking my dinner and I changed the fuse and switched plugs sockets and and still didn't work and very disappointed with this product

Nice product
its bigger than I expected, its quite easy to use, but did think it came with the recipe book like it shows in the pictures but it doesn't. But is still really good.
