When we opened the box we were pleasantly surprised at the level of quality and how well it was put together. With all the functions packed into one package, it gave us quite a good value for money compared to all the other ones we researched.Pros:Great look and feel. Feels solid and well put together.The heated seat warms up quickly! No more cold cheeks on the lid during winters.Auto open and close works pretty well, the roller mechanism feels pretty sturdy and not flimsy at all.Water pressure from the pump was strong enough to flush waste away with ease.The bidet worked quite well with ample pressure, the water was warm right away. It even has water massage settings which was surprisingly comfortable.The instructions manual is very useful and clear, remote it came with made playing with the different settings super easy.Not really cons, but room for improvement:The entire installation process is easy, I was able to help my husband to install it ourselves. But the toilet itself is a bit heavy.All in all, this is a great and well-designed product, works extremely well and definitely well worth the price.

It’s not a big brand, but it delivered a solid product. It's a great improvement from a bidet seat retrofit, with no time limit on the water function, nice water pressure for actual cleaning, a powerful jet flush minimizing aftercare, great seat temperature control, and a night light activated in the dark, and an easy-to-use remote. I compared the functionality of multiple brands (Horrow, Woodbridge, Bidet Mate, Alpha Bidet), but Euroto appeared to have the best value for a quite inclusive functionality and a clean design.

My plumber with CMK Construction and our project manager just told us they cannot connect the toilet to the water supply. CMK has tried to contact Euroto but has gotten no response. Just a warning, this toilet will not work in the USA.****** UPDATE ******The toilet started leaking today. There was water all over the bathroom floor. I'm glad I purchased the Asurion extended warranty and filed a claim today. I will update this post soon.UPDATEThe plumber was able to fix the leak. However, a new issue has arisen: after flushing, no water is left in the bowl. This allows sewer gas into my house. The smell is horrific, and now I keep a bucket of water next to the toilet to fill it up after each flush. The company wants me to take the toilet apart and switch some hoses. I have told them several times that I do not have the skills, and my plumber is refusing to work on the toilet anymore. Realizing this was a waist of money.*** Update ***Found a post that suggested I turn down the water flow. This works, but takes three for four flushes. So, if you like to waste water and observe you waste trying to flush down, this is the smart toilet for you. Also, when you call for warranty repair, they will send you a part and a movie telling you to fix it yourself.!*!*!*!*! Suggest you learn from my mistake and do not buy. !*!*!*!*!********** UPDATE ***********I'm really disappointed with the warranty service. Not only do they just send you the part and expect you to fix it yourself, but they also don't cover any labor costs. For the price we paid, I expected better coverage. Other appliances in this price range, like washers, dryers, and dishwashers, always include labor in their warranties. This level of service is really frustrating and not what I expected.

Like the design which is very sleek and modern. However, it took my licensed plumber over 4 hours to get it installed. The valve provided with the purchase is not compatible with the regular fittings. It can be only inserted appropriately quarter of an inch into the fitting purchased in hardware store.

I got this for my aging parents, and while they thought something like this was a bit “gimmicky”, there is no way they would turn it loose now. This toilet is all about comfort and quality of life.The height is perfect, as is the large size and contour of the seat. This is one product that seemingly went through some actual testing after it was designed.It’s easy to spend more on one of these bidet toilets, but you won’t get more for your money than buying this one.Works great in every respect, and what it doesn’t do automatically is easy and effortless with the remote.The double side button on the remote is a little complicated for the elderly, so I used little pieces of different colored post it notes to help them remember the location of bidet on and stop buttons.This toilet says it’s self-cleaning, and it is! Amazing! The night light at the base and in the bowl make middle of the night goes much, much safer. This toilet weighs every bit of the 110lbs indicated in the listing, and I hired a plumber because of that.
