Positive Mental Attitude Self Hypnosis CD / MP3 & App (3 in 1 Purchase) - Hypnotherapy CD

I've listened to this a few times in bed as I'm going to sleep. Have no idea what he's telling me as I'm gone in minutes! I hear the first 5/10 minutes about getting comfortable and relaxed. What I can say though is that since I have listened to this I have actually been getting my house in order! I have procrastinated so long about clearing out rubbish and going through my cupboards and storage boxes. I seemed to have gained a new found enthusiasm to get my life sorted! I've even joined a Rock Choir and Gym!! Plasebo? Maybe, Who knows, who cares, it's worked for me :)

I bought this CD for my son who is going through a difficult time at the moment. I'm not sure if he has listened to it yet, but it will definitely help him. I was impressed that Mark Bowden took the trouble to send me some very helpful literature (via email) which I greatly appreciate. I'm confident that my son will receive a lot of benefit from reading them and listening to the CD. Thank you Mark.

Possible it's helping, but no massive difference to my life - overall I think worth a go and it can't do any harm!

Great product! Listened to regularly and can really make a fantastic positive difference. This is not my first hypnosis cd from Mark and certainly wont be my last. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

having struggled for years I am delighted to have found this hypnosis cd,i listen at night with headphones, never hear the end but the difference it has made is amazing

This never gets old for me... I find that every single cd brings a possibility of leading a more positive life and goes a long way into helping you to find happiness within your self. What a difference listening to a cd to guide you through some major change! I am so glad that I found these cd's that are ABSOLUTELY LIFE CHANGING with change for the better!What is not to like? I have seen a lot of reviews that insist that the folks cannot be hypnotized. I, for one, am totally in the "trance" and open to suggestions to change. i REALLY HAVE BEEN EMERSING MYSELF IN MEDITATION LATELY! This is the best cd I have found so far to help change negative thoughts, stress, self attitude and happiness. I am glad that I was able to find a meditative guide like this one that I can listen to at the start and end of each day!

Meh. Amateur hour hypnosis. It's alright but nothing outstanding. Would not purchase again.

This CD was very relaxing and gave me more energy. I am a happier person which will hopefully reflect a positive attitude on others.
