VINSUN® B22 LED Candle Bulb 5W, 40W Light Bulbs, Warm White 2700K, 400lm, B22 Bayonet Bulb, Pack of 4 [Energy Class A+]

I bought these to replace incandescent candle bulbs.First of all, their luminance is excellent and to my eyes brighter than the 40w equivalence (for 5w LED). As others have said, it's a little disappointing that the white shielding comes so far up the length of the bulb, but I guess this space is needed to house the step-down transformer and cannot be avoided. I certainly lost a Brownie-point from my other half for their appearance. That said, I prefer the white frosted finish of these compared to clear incandescent bulbs and to my eyes they look better. But what do I know? I'm just a man...Their colour temperature is geared toward the warmer end of the spectrum, but (again to my eyes) not as warm as incandescent bulbs with their orangey glow. I prefer these to incandescent.I've had cheaper LED bulbs go pop after a few weeks, so time will tell how well these last. If I have any bulbs fail I shall update this review.So - they drop a star for the amount of white shielding and the branding on the shield, but unless I have failures these are a top product for the price.Recommended.

Pros:- Decent brightness (better than many other LED equivalents- Good colour / temperatureCons:- If your light fittings have the bulb on display then these may not be for you.The bottom inch or so of the bulb as pictured is plastic rather than light emitting. I knew this when I ordered the bulbs, as you can plainly see this in the photo. What you can't see is that the plastic base has a great big VINSUN logo one side, and the power details on the other... making these completely unsuitable if you need the bulb on display.

Well I purchased these last April 2018 and I've just hlald to replace two of them. I had wrote the date on. Very disappointed as says 15yrs life.Can't even make it to twelve months

bought these to go in a living room ceiling light, straight forward to fit as you would expect, 3 bulbs combined give off plenty of light to illuminate a large living room with a soft and warm light appropriate for main lighting.

Great value branded bulbs, work fine, they are 5 watt and give about as much light output as 40 watt incandescent bulbs. They also give a nice quality of light, which can't be said for some LED bulbs, especially the cheaper unbranded ones. I will be buying more of these.

Very good bulbs, cant comment on the longevity as just received them recently but so far am very impressed. The light given off is lovely & warm and very bright too considering its just a 40w equivalent, just have one on the landing and its more than adequate. Hopefully should save on the electricity bill too!

As others have said, its bold black marking on the white skirt detracts from the appearance for open candle bulbs, The glass envelope is also slightly larger than the GLS candle so that the shade drips do not fit as well.

The service was very good and the bulbs give a soft glow which is perfect for table/bedside lighting.
