Spray isn't fantastic but it does the job. 2x cloth attachments make it easy to clean after use. Holds a good amount of water & I've had no issue with leaving some water in it for touch up jobs before the next full use.

Everything arrived intact and before time. The mop comes in two sections and although I read the instructions, I managed to put it together wrongly so the lever didn't work - my partner sorted it out though and it's working perfectly. The way the mop swivels is brilliant in that you can get into most corners and crevices. I have quarry tile floors and the pad is managing them fine and the nifty little tool works really well at scraping the fluff and dirt off the pad afterwards. Only thing I find a bit of a problem is getting the lid back into it's hole after filling the tank. It takes a little fiddling some times but even so, I am still very happy with my purchase.

This is a well built mop which is also very effective, unfortunately there is a major design flaw with the spray system. In fact after a few uses the spray stops working properly and instead of the nice fine mist that you get when you first use the mop, the nozzle will suddenly just squirt a few drops of water when you press the trigger This happened with two of these mops. The first stopped working properly after about 5 uses, the second (a replacement sent to me by the company) failed halfway through the very first use. The mops were not abused or misused in any way, just water was used and normal pressure was applied to both the spray trigger and the mop itself.The company customer service was excellent and they replied to my messages very quickly. When the first mop failed they sent a second one straight away and free of charge. When that replacement mop failed too I contacted them again to request a refund, which they agreed to issue without any problem. Having already disposed of all the packaging, in the end I decided not to apply for the refund because sending back both mops would have been too much of an hassle, especially considering the relatively low cost of the item. It was entirely my choice of course and it is only fair to point out that they offered a refund. Their good customer support and communication doesn't justify the fact that they are selling a flawed product though, hence the one star review. In fairness I may have been just unlucky with those two mops but I doubt it very much, especially because not only the second mop failed almost straight away but also because there are other reviews pointing out that the spray system is not working properly. That is surely no misfortune or coincidence.For the record, I since bought a Vileda spray mop as a replacement and so far it is working fine. Time will tell.

Hose slotted in ok, but won't spray & can't uncouple the hose,it is too tight to take apart,won't just pull off, so can't use it as it was intended.I am 79 yrs old, so will have to think of another solution,as have dispensed with all the packaging now.So disappointed, but delivery was excellent. I have since been offered a full refund and I think this is a wonderful gesture, I found customer services(contact Laura) to be absolutely professional & friendly and I will definitely buy from them again.Thank you so much for your consideration.Joyce Holden

Good product, the mop does the job, but does take a few hard pushes across the floor to get to the dried on stains seems to glide over them at times. However, it's a strong solid product, which I love, and has a lovely spray mechanism which I've never had before. The ease of cleaning has now been bumped up to first class. I don't believe I'll ever go back to mop and bucket again!Edit! This mop broke after week 2. Thumbs down.

Does what it says, easy fill, easy glide across floor, great quality pads, looks stylish. Recommend this highly. Unfortunately the swivel part broke on mine and I am gentle with it but think it's a weak point in design. I won't complain though.

This mop looks and feels like a quality product and is very simple to put together and use. The supplies for my previous system were getting a bit pricey and not as easy to get hold of. This is great as you can just use your own floor cleaning product and the microfiber pads can be cleaned in the washing machine. Simples!!! Excellent bit of kit, thank you :)

Makes cleaning the floor a lot quicker and easier and quicker especially when you have pets with dirty wet paws
