This 20" x 26" (51x66 cmm) Snellen Eye Chart is used by eye care professionals and others to measure visual acuity. The patient covers one eye, and reads aloud the letters of each row (within the white area), beginning at the top. Smallest row that can be read accurately indicates the visual acuity in that eye. The left black strip numbers the lines; the right black strip identifies the point size that the patient can read at 20 feet. Poster comes with distance calibration.
