Good value for money, definitely go a size up, they're comfortable & good for a spinning bike.

I bought these when my old Muddy Fox shoes fell apart and I'm glad I did. They are comfortable and seem well suited to spinning. I feel like they have helped improve my workouts.

You need to buy a size larger than your usual trainer size. I'm a size 6.5 in trainer and I needed a size 7 in these shoes.Great shoe though and does the job.

I bought these for spin classes rather than outdoor cycling. They are a good fit - I recommend you go up one size unless you have very narrow feet. The have three velcro straps across the foot and kept my feet secure during an hour long class. I must admit I wasn't sure about velcro but they were fine and hopefully will last. They are pretty stiff on the sole which I also prefer in a cycling shoe.For the price I think they are good value and am happy to recommend.

These are racing cycling shoes and are not suitable for spin cycle spd cleats. However, they are comfortable (I went a size up) but had to return as not the product I was looking for.

Bought to use at spinning class. Cheap and cheerful. Very small sizing (I am a U.K. 6.5 and bought an 8). They would be fine to use on the road though.

My wife loves these, thought they was slightly tight at first but that was just a bedding in thing. She says they are comfortable and a perfect fit and loves them. Used for spin with the bolt on cleats brought separately.
