I ordered these pads because the intermittently tender spot behind the toes of my right foot has recently flared up. Other pads that I have tried have either been uncomfortable to wear or provide insufficient cushioning to alleviate my problem. These pads appear to be well-made with no detectable flaws in fabric or construction. The pads are stabilized by slipping one’s toes through the holes in a band of stretchy fabric. I am very sensitive to having things between my toes (can’t wear flip-flips or thong sandals) so I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the pad felt on my foot. I could barely feel the fabric between my toes. The pad does remain in place on my foot, even with a sock pulled on over it. The pad itself is a circle of spongy material sandwiched between two layers of fabric. The fabric is comfortable against my foot and does not slide around inside the shoe. Unfortunately, the spongy material is quite thin and easily compressible, so that cushioning is almost nonexistent when I stood and put pressure on my foot. Although these pads are comfortable to wear, they really didn’t help to alleviate my foot pain.

My feet are very wide (e.g. Fred Flintstone ain't got nothing on me) so it was a bit of a challenge to wrangle my toes into the holes. The fabric is stretchy but I still had to put some extra effort into it.The pad itself isn't wide enough for the ball of my foot but I expected that.The pads are thin (a little thicker than say a panti-liner) which is good in so much as you don't feel like you've got something cumbersome in your shoe thats not supposed to be there.Personally I found the cushioning was fairly effective when worn w/ 3" heels but I didn't find them to be much help when I wore them with anything higher.Tho, if you're crazy/daring/foolish enough to wear 6" heels like me, then what business do we have expecting anything to assist in making them comfortable? Aside from lopping off 3 inches from said heel. LolDespite their being best suited for narrow feet & less treacherous heel height, they help me out big time for an entirely different problem...I was able to slide my chubby feet into my pointy toe heels with minimal effort.Normally I end up covered in baby powder because squeezing my fat feet into any heels, no matter the height, is like trying to fit a round peg into a square hole.Thankfully these little guys are machine washable because my (not-so-little) piggies tend to sweat-a lot.

These are very large so unless you are a size 10 foot they don't fit. I bought these to use with my heels and they are so big they come up 1/2 inch higher than all of the top of my high heels. Total waste of money, would like a refund

Great idea for a product, stayed in place, but the ball of my foot was still killing me. No where near enough cushion.
