Had to get a night guard due to my TMJ and clenching when I sleep. This set is fantastic. You get 2 of each size and also get a storage case with each size. These are far better then most I have seen and for such a great price!

These are not like the picture AT ALL. I followed the instructions but it’s so big it hardly molded to my teeth. I only needed the bottom. My ENT recommended to wear one on the bottom for TMJ. But this is extremely thick, not at all like a retainer as shown in the picture. Extremely disappointed. Don’t waste your money if you’re looking for a fitted retainer. It might work for teeth whitening but it so loose I’m not sure it’d work well for that either unless you have an extremely large mouth and huge teeth.

I dont want to spend hundreds on a nice biteguard. My old dog ate my $500 one and Im too bitter to spend another few hundred $. So I tried these, and they work fine. Ive tried other cheap ones and they did not work, I always ended up chewing on it in my sleep and spitting it out during the night. With these the material is durable so I dont chew through it, but soft enough that I can cut it and sand it with a nail file. To prevent chewing on it in my sleep, I had to cut all around the front and back sides. Once I cut it then the edges were too sharp and constantly rubbed my tongue and lips raw inside. So I took a nail file and worked on it till the edges were nice and rounded, smooth. Now it doesn't bother my tongue, gums or lips, and it does what I need to do. Which is hold my teeth in a position that helps my tmj and also protects my teeth and gums from constant grinding. So far I havent bit through it so it works. Its not as nice or comfortable or thin as the expensive ones. Those really are nice, but I just dont have another few hundred to add the the $500 I already wasted on my last biteguard.

Excellent directions, easy to follow, fits comfortable in mouth. I am a 41 year old female but used the smaller size.

Took me 2 tries to get right. I can talk with it in my mouth. Doesn't look like teeth just a covering but it works. 4 out of 5.

According to the instructions you place it in 70-80 degree water but that did nothing. I put it in boiling water for a few seconds and that’s did the trick. Looks like it’s going to work well. There are 4 total. 2 small and 2 large.

Item is not as pictured. Soaked in hot water as directed, placed in mouth to get a good fit….made absolutely no difference. If you are expecting to get a custom mold for your teeth (as shown in the picture), forget it. All this seems to be is a generic piece of plastic to fit into your mouth…..it doesn’t seem to make you a custom mouth guard. Very disappointed.

This was perfect! With two different sizes in the package, I easily found the one that fit the best. After following the instructions (correct water temperature to mold is the key!) I had a perfect fit! The dental guard fits perfectly, it was comfortable to wear all night without a problem.Food Grade, BPA free, and there was no smell like other brands had reported by users.I am glad my dentist recommended trying an OTC dental guard first. Saved me time and money!
