Distructions and prewired!! Easy to hook up!!
The media could not be loaded. The sniper Single horn has big ship sound without paying $1000’s for the big ship horn arrangement. I bought it for my Buick wagon because it needs a big horn Benz. It’s a big boat. Smiles

Not ear splitting
I was hoping for louder but this will do. Sorry I mounted it in the engine bay.

Easy install, no task needed
This was a very easy install, I was able to use existing bolts in front of the radiator in my Jeep to mount the horn and compressor. I used the existing wiring to add the trigger to the horn relay and ran power to it. This horn is loud! It does sounds like a train horn, but not as abrasive as some that I've heard. It definitely will get the attention of whomever your honking it at.This is probably my 5th Hornblasters product in the past 15 or so years, and I have had nothing but positive experiences from them. At I'm somewhat local to them, about 15 years ago I was getting the final touches ready for my show truck to be in a big show, but realized we needed a few extras for the horn setup. Time was tight so they let me drive to their shop, and the crew even helped me to setup the horn on my truck right then and there! That customer service has never changed and as long as they are still around they will be my go to horn supplier !!

Crap compressor
Horn itself is awesome, but the compressor sucks, its pretty low quality, when pressing the lock button it wouldn't beep that horn, the compressor got wet and locked up a couple times blowing the fuse a few times. finally gave in and bought another brand compressor on amazon for 10$ and this one actually works/beeps when locking the truck and hasnt locked up, over all feels better quality than the one included.

LOUD!
This is a great company to buy these horns from. I used mine on an old busted 20v Dewalt drill and it worked like a charm. So easy to build. Pull the trigger and BLAST it. It's SO loud.

Works great!
This HornBlasters Sniper Electric Air Horn works great!! It is loud, just as it should be. It was easy to hook up and use with a momentary switch. The look of surprise when I use it is priceless!

Loud!!!
This is a good middle ground compromise horn for people that want something loud but still relatively compact and not super expensive. Installation is pretty straightforward provided you know something about automotive electrical systems, and the horn itself is easy enough to mount once you've located an appropriate mounting location (which can make a difference depending on how your horn is pointed). I wouldn't call this horn or the compressor super heavy duty but it's likely to be sufficient foe most peoples applications. Recommended if you have the ability to install or know someone who can help.

Great price, solid performance, instructions non-existent
The media could not be loaded. This is the Sniper from Hornblasters.Hornblasters has been around for a long time. I've wanted to put a set of their Conductor's Special horns in my truck for years, but never could get past the buy-in price. When this product became available, I ordered it.The box includes the horn, compressor, relay, and relay harness, as well as some mounting hardware. Everything was wrapped up well enough that the items arrived without damage. There are no instructions included in the box. I can't imagine why not, but I did find instructions on the hornblasters.com website. I will note that I had to dig around on the website for a good while before I found them, which was frustrating, and they are generic for three or four different electric horns, which is understandable. Mounting and installing the horn, compressor and air tubing is a no-brainer with or without instructions, but a basic wiring diagram should have been included with the product. It could have even been printed on the box; there was more than enough blank space for it.Wiring up the horn is relatively simple. The relay includes four terminals - one for power to the compressor, one for ground to the chassis, one for power from the battery, and one for signal power from the switch or the vehicle's factory horn. This aligns with what is shown on the installation instructions provided on the website. This does NOT align with the included plug which connects to the relay. The plug has a jumper going from the ground terminal over to the power output to the compressor. So the relay will not be grounded, except through the compressor's ground. I suppose this will work, but I don't understand why the jumper exists / why the relay isn't grounded or why the instructions don't match the relay harness provided.Regardless, it was easy to bench test the horn for sound using the 10-amp charge setting on my power supply; see attached video. I also tested it at the 2-amp charge setting, which yielded a subdued tone, and at the 50-amp jump-start setting, which yielded a louder louder tone, but not by much (above the 10-amp tone). The tone of the horn is similar to my truck's existing horns (2005 Dodge Ram 3500), and/but honestly, I can't tell that it's that much louder than the factory horn. It may get louder once it's installed and operating off of the truck's electrical system, but I doubt it. Once I get it installed, I will circle back to this review and post results. It may be a while, given we're into the holidays and winter weather.Either way, it's a cool product and at this price point, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a new horn or a different-sounding horn. The components are of good quality and appear as though they should last for a good long time. One word of caution for anyone with a 3rd gen Dodge - the horns are located under the fuse panel on the driver's side of the engine bay, and they're nearly inaccessible. If you were planning to splice into the factory power supply to the horns to supply signal power to the relay for the Sniper electric horn, you may want to reconsider.
