Delicate yuzu flavor, not overpowering

The media could not be loaded. I love this so much, it tastes super yummy and adds that subtle flavor to meals without over powering them. Has a citrus taste to it but at the same time it brings the flavors out in the meals made. I wish the shipping was faster, I mean It took a couple of weeks and I understand its from japan.

I love Yuzu salt, it makes everything taste brighter and more flavorful. I use it for all dishes containing meat, scrambled eggs and baked veggies. It's all good. Thank you for such great item.

Tastes mostly like plain table salt with a little bit of powdered yuzu zest. I'd really only use it on simpler foods like sashimi and fresh vegetables. Maybe my pallet is just too used to the more potent american citrus seasonings, like lemon pepper and Twang beer salt.

a friend introduced me to this. Very unique and really adds an element to dishes. And, it takes very little to have an impact. Therefore, don't let the smaller size fool you. It goes a long ways. I purchased two bottles as the shipping time is around a couple weeks. But the consumer is told that up front. Fun and unique product.

tastes like yuzu but has a very strong taste of salt, moreso salt than yuzu. still better than most that you can purchase.

Ever since I visited Kumamoto, I've been searching all over the place in states for any yuzu seasonings. Thanks to Amazon, this is a good find! The shipping takes a bit longer as it travels from Japan to Boston, but totally worth it! I use it for seafood soup, ramen soup...even for breakfast scrambled eggs. Must buy again!
