Have not seen much of a difference at least on the toe fungal part. I feel it burn in those areas a bit as absorbs into nail but it's still the same. For the price of the bottle and amount there should be a dropper or a washable applicator not a brush that is swept over toe and put back in oil. Oil should absorb a bit more and quicker. Should not have to apply as much or many times a day, the oil takes awhile to absorb so if planning on leaving the house wait to put on. No odor or foul smelling when applied, did burn a bit where fungus is under side of toes. Wash hands immediately after use because if on hands burns a bit. I used a dropper to put on instead of the attached brush to bottle not to contaminate bottle contents. Made in USA. No expiration date but states 3-month supply. My toenails are thick and brittle. I've tried a number of products with no real results. My expectations aren't high for this but thought I'd give it a try before attempting additional treatment.It's a bit thicker/ more oily than other products I've used. Not a big deal but take a little longer to absorb/ dry. No noticeable odor and easy to apply with the brush that is part of the bottle cap.So far my only complaint is that the brush is a bit separated in the middle making the application a little tedious.Will update further as I see/ don't see results.

This topical solution was very effective for me, in combination with another product with different ingredients. I’ve yet to try it alone, but have just purchased another bottle and will test it. It has a pleasant minty scent and a little goes a long way. It’s a bit pricey perhaps due to the essential oils, but it’s worth it.Update:I’ve been using this product for about a month just by itself, and it is really effective, so much more than any thing else, or even with this combined with something. It is true to description that it goes down into the nail bed making them stronger. Before, my nails tended to crumble and would come off pretty easily. But not anymore. It’s also making the fungus disappear in a different way than the other fungal toenail products do. It seems to be helping from the inside out rather than the reverse and I can see a difference compared to other products I’ve used. Even though some of my nails are still growing out, they’re looking much healthier and flatter. I can finally use nail polish and you would never know. Excellent product.

I had to use this a long time before I started to see results. However I'm reading that the results are only temporary, so I guess I'll keep using this until I run out.I am a little disappointed since I thought this was more of a long term cure, but I guess that's too much to ask for something that looks like nail polish.

I have had a couple toenails suffering from fungus for a very long time. I will not take a medication, and much prefer a topical treatment for these issues. This is a polish which is easy to apply. I find that even after using for a couple weeks daily that I see no results. This could be that my toes which need the relief are in pretty bad shape. I do t expect this polish will be of much help to me, but I’ll continue use and come back to edit this review if my results are different. It’s just hard to tell on bad feet.

I’ve been using this twice a day for over a week or so and am getting results. There is a 3 month supply in this little bottle so I suppose the longer I use it the better my toes will look. So far I have noticed a slight improvement. After about a week or so my nail discoloration has gone from a light yellow to a light beige. This isn’t a cure all but definitely does help.

My husband has problems with both of his big toes and has used a variety of treatments, the mail medicine you paint on seems to work best for him. All you need is to buff your nails lightly with a high grit file and paint on. This does take a minute or two to dry but isn’t noticeable once it soaks in on the nail. So far he’s been using it for two weeks and it looks as though it has helped his right side more than the left but it is slowly slowly working.
