Well I decided to buy this as I’ve just started back on my diet as I have a lot of weight to lose and I use to use detox products before but they discontinued the one I was using which is disappointing so I thought I’d try these. I read most of the reviews about taking 1 of a night and I’m glad I did as one is more than enough. I’ve been taking them for 3 nights now and my word have I been to the toilet, don’t mean to be disgusting but the smell is horrific if that’s what’s inside me I’d rather have it out. The only thing I’ve got is mild stomach cramps but they are bare able just like a belly ache pain really but nothing too dreadful. Just makes you realise just how much crap is actually inside you.

I have bought them before. I like to keep some in. Work very well, when needed.

I’ve always suffered with my gut and constipation. I’ve tried numerous things and they works for a while and then become less effective. I decided to try these after reading the reviews. I’ve not done 15 days consecutively but I’ve done a few days in a row here and then, depending on my plans. It certainly does clear you out! I’ve been up to 6 times on some days. It is very loose and like a powerful waterfall! The cramps can be really bad and some days I don’t have any. I did consider stopping but they make me feel lighter. I’ve taken one or two tabs on diff days and both are effective. I just need to take a bit later as I’ve been up in the middle of the night.

First time I’ve written an Amazon review, but this product really impressed me. I saw a Homeopath 12 years who taught me the importance of keeping my colon cleansed especially when trying to lose weight. If your colon is full of unprocessed food (yuck but that’s what happens) ... your weight loss will be slowed down and you won’t get optimum results. Well my diet has been awful in 2020 ... shocking. I decided to try a colon cleanse before I started my weight loss plan. This is my experience ...The first 10 days I went to the loo first thing in the morning and again after my breakfast. On average I went to the bathroom 2-3 times a day. It was soft and runny, not crazy, loud or embarrassing... but I will warn you that expect fart a lot in the first 10 days ... and when you need to go ... GO! Don’t hold it. Don’t think you can hold it. Just go! Lol.I had very mild cramping in my tummy before a poo ... I put it down to the unprocessed food being flushed out. And oh my i was right. Because my normal poo don’t exactly smell like roses ... but it doesn’t smell like something crawled up my bottom and died! The smell was really awful. But I remembered what my Homeopath used to say about sometimes food rots in your colon if it does not come out. So please expect it to smell worst than normal. It’s a good sign that this product is working! After day 10 though, the smell is back to normal. I can only put it down to the unprocessed food and toxins are now out. I will continue and finish the 15 day course. I’d highly recommend this product. It really does what it says on the box and the price point is extremely reasonable.So in summary... You may get mild tummy cramps that won’t last long, poo 2-3 times a day, have lots of windy and have extremely smelly poo 💩 ... but in the end you’ll have a cleansed colon. Your tummy will feel awesome and you’ll feel lots healthier. In my book the minor inconveniences were definitely worth it!!

I’ve given them three stars as they do what they should but I had tremendous stomach cramps.I took one tablet at about 7pm. I slept fine but by 9am I was getting slight cramps. I went to the bathroom but nothing. I then ate some weetabix and about half an hour after I had the most horrible cramps and needed to get to the toilet within 5 minutes. However, once I went, the cramps disappeared.That was just from one tablet so I won’t be taking the course. They are good but I wouldn’t recommend taking them if you are due to go out (not sure how you’d stay in for the whole course) and also have some pain killers close by

I took one daily it definitely does the job, the best bit for me that didn’t give me stomach aches or anything like that and still could go to the toilet every day

I was suffering really bad from constipation as I hadn’t been to the toilet in a week so I bought this product to get me moving which is definitely did. I was very silly and never read the reviews I took 2 capsules I would recommend only take one as they are very strong. However the side effects of this product are not worth I suffered really bad with stomach cramp it was so painful I couldn’t sleep. I was shivering badly but was sweating at the same time not pleasant. I definitely don’t think these side effects are worth it. I only did it for one day and it was bad enough I couldn’t even imagine doing of for 15 days!!!!
