This vacuum is not only ascetically pleasing, easy to set up, compact and light weight, it has the suction of a normal vacuum on the medium setting and can boost to high for extra suction. What I love the most about it is soft sound similar to a blow dryer, the head of the vacuum is designed to fit into smaller spaces, automatically switches from hardwoods (no brush) to carpet (brush), swivels in various angles so easily moves along baseboards and it lays flat to slip underneath furniture with ease. No more bumping furniture, moving chairs to get underneath or cords to manage! Prior to purchasing the vacuum I read the reviews, so with regard to the carpet pile, this vacuum did a great job on a shag, high pile, carpet without any issue. In addition, the battery life on low is 60 min and medium is 30 minutes and a bit less on high. My home is 4400 sq feet and I vacuumed the first floor of my house with 15 minutes remaining. In addition, the vacuum recharges quickly if you were to need more time added. Lastly, there is a extra battery pack with cradle available to purchase if ever more that this amount of time is needed. It is easy to switch out the battery.

Very light to handle. Does a great job on all floor surfaces. This was recommended by my SIL and I was concerned about the cost. I put it in my wish list when we got new carpet and Amazon notified me when there was a deal on it! Still not cheap, but worth it. Has 4 levels of suction. The higher level of suction you use the faster the battery is depleted, but the low suction is even good enough for daily use. Impressed by the ease of use and emptying the collection chamber is admittingly FUN! So easy and fun to use that my husband will voluntarily do the vaccuuming!

I ordered this on March 8, 2024. We thought this vacuum was the greatest thing since sliced bread. It vacuumed easily and beautifully. Dumping and charging were a breeze.Fast forward to mid-July, we started noticing the batteries (bought an extra backup battery) weren't fully charging. We would have to re-seat the unit repeatedly to ensure the batteries would charge.Fast forward to August 31st when neither of the batteries would charge at all. I just got off the phone with Samsung Support and must ship the entire unit back to them and wait 7-14 days for repair (plus ship times back and forth. They did provide a UPS code for us to take to UPS to box/ship. However, I will have no vacuum for weeks.Unfortunately, I did not purchase the extended warranty, so if it fails again, I'm out almost $760 for the unit and accessories/replacement bags I purchased.I have been a loyal Samsung customer for decades, but I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

I’m loving it. Works well for me on hardwood floors, and the couple of rooms carpeted. I love that the dirt empties into a bag. I would buy again.

I stopped buying bagless vacuums a few years ago but I’ve always had to rely wired bulkier vacuums. This is not cheap but it gives the lightweight maneuvering of a bagless stick vacuum. The suction is amazing but is mostly the back half as the front has a brush roller that only moves when you move the vacuum; it is not powered so it doesn’t spin on its own. The chamber is small so if you’re doing a large space you might have to return it to the base to empty out multiple times. The bag that came installed lasted 5 month of HEAVY vacuuming wool carpets that shed like crazy. That’s not bad. Given that you get two additional bags with the purchase that’s at least a year if you vacuum every other day like I do. Highly recommend. I recommend watching some review and versus videos before buying.

Love how light it is and I love that I am not having to empty the canister. Picks up well and his good suction. I like the option of increasing the power to have more suction. Not very loud and very easy to use. Can fit under low items and I love that it is cordless. Charges fairly quickly. A little on the pricey side but not too much different in price than a Dyson. I love the design, very stylish.

The media could not be loaded. I cannot say enough great things about this vacuum. I bought it because of the stylish design. I wanted something that I could add to my living room that wouldn't look absolutely ridiculous and this is just perfect. I went with the bespoke style to obtain that look and I couldn't be happier. Most people don't even recognize that it's a vacuum they think it's an air purifier at first. It has a self-cleaning button so all you have to do is hit the button to empty the chamber and it has a minimum maximum and jet mode which is more than enough power to suck up all the dirt and grime around your house. I usually on a daily basis and I have had zero issues so far It comes with two bags and I've had this one for about 5 months now and have not needed to change the bag yet but it may be close to time so maybe two bags a year which isn't bad.

Less than a year later and the roller brush is not working, and I've cleaned it and taken it apart but it won't work, replacement parts are $140. Not worth the money.
