It's quite early to write a review I just used it for the first night it takes a little of putting together you have to slide the sides on that expand in the window that's accordion type and I screwed on the top bar which holds it against the window so it don't fall out I screwed in two little screws through my windows to hold it. It seems to work very well it's not very noisy at all. I have a Frigidaire in my living room, unfortunately I've been complaining about a smell since I got it it almost smells like ozone or dirty smoke air. Beyond that, I'm hitting 50/50 with Frigidaire. I complained about the one in the living room to the company but they never really did anything they didn't want to replace it, but giving customers bad merchandise will eventually lose your business that you won't get back I'm sure the man who started Frigidaire products would roll over in his grave if he thought that the new generation of community college people dismiss customers problems. Eventually that leads to an effect in your bottom line. But I love the black and it's really pretty and it works well and I love the controller it's large another problem is when I'm in the bedroom using the controller it turns on my air conditioner in the living room because they're the same product even though they're different models. Odd, right? Thank you for the good price.

Shipped/delivered on time, arrived a bit banged up
The box was a little banged up upon arrival, and the chassis of the AC was dented in a couple of places, but the front panel you see from indoors was not damaged and the unit runs extremely well so I decided not to return it or report/complain to seller (I assumed the damage was not the fault of the seller). 2020 is our second season using this unit in our bedroom and I will say that it runs very quietly, and economical. Our electric bill has been lower than it was the year before we purchased this unit. This AC keeps an area about 600SF at a steady 70 degrees F, even in eco mode with the fan on low speed. Unit is lightweight enough that one person can install it in a window. Cons would be: the remote control (ref image) - the button interface is a thin piece of material that is stuck to the electronics with a thin adhesive layer, which lost its stickiness the first day we used it. We have to hold down the plastic piece in order to press the buttons; in fact we don't bother with the remote and just keep it in a zip-close baggie in a drawer. Another thing I dislike (and I have this problem with other AC brands/units as well) is the LED color on the front panel. They are a very bright green, and light up our bedroom at night and keep me awake. As you can see in the photo of the unit, I ended up placing electrical tape over each light (downside is I have to peel the tape back to change settings) Maybe a darker color LED might work better? All in all a great unit for a bedroom, if you have electrical tape and don't want to use a remote control.

Great cold air
Keeps the room cold and it has an energy button so it goes off and on I can program it to come on a few hours before I leave work so the room is nice when I get home. Very easy to install. Great price too

Damaged on arrival!!!!!
Yes, mine was dented due to the poor packaging and the UPS monkeys. I plugged it in and it worked so I decided to bang out the dent since it was such an ordeal to get it to my house. I am glad I took the cover off since I found a random screw that could have rattled or been thrown into something by the water flinging ring. Some of the Velcro tabs on the compressor blanket were loose so I snugged them down. There was also a big wad of calk stuck to the side of the bottom of the unit. Now the A/C is extremely quit with no compressor noise ( on/off thumping) other have a low pitched hum that is non intrusive. One thing that was surprising is that the outside motor speed is dictated by the inside fan setting. The lights are hella bright to the point that I have made a flap of plastic that is clear taped to the front to cover them. I lift it up to set the timer or for other adjustments. It cools extremely well with the drain plug in, but with it removed not so much. It needs the water to cool the coils and compressor since I am sure the compressor blanket causes it to run a little warm. Just testing, I could only get my bedroom to 68 degrees with the plug out, but I can get it to 62 degrees with the plug in so it does make a difference. I barely hear any water noise so I am leaving the plug in.I would give it one more star except for the fact the lights are so damn bright!!! I can read a book using the temp setting light.Update: after being quite all summer it started making a crazy scratching sound. I taped up the right side of the louvers and the noise stopped. There is something inherently wrong with the design of this AC.Well there is a newer model of this FGRQ063WAE. It is using R32 refrigerant but that seem to be the only difference. The tech people couldn't tell me if they had fixed the cheap remote or the bright lights.

It works great.
I installed it within less than 10 minutes. It was cold after being on for about 12 minutes. It's not too loud. A bit heavy but that's expected. I love the fact that I could see the temperature on the remote.
