Our old holder broke (snapped at the point where the post met the base) so this was a good, inexpensive replacement.

I'm redoing my office to include brushed gold finishes, so I was happy to order this paper towel holder. I like to keep a roll in the office, just in case the dog decides to have an accident, or I spill coffee, etc. There is some minor assembly required, involving basically one screw. Simple enough. The unit is sturdy when assembled and has a high-end look to it, although the price point is reasonable.

I have gold color pulls/knobs in my kitchen and this paper towel holder matches them perfectly! It is nice and sturdy with a protective layer on the bottom that wont scratch your furniture/countertop.It took about a minute to put it together, I'm happy with this product.

Nicely designed paper towel holder that’s really sturdy. Makes one towel tear off possible. I’m more of a two handed user so the finial at the top is useful. The base fits a large roll well.

This paper towel holder is the perfect weight. Heavy enough so that it doesn't move around when you're pulling and tearing out a sheet, but not so heavy that it's hard to handle or pick up. The black color is also really cool and goes with my kitchen decor.

Nice heavy base. Easy assembly. Nice finish.My only complaint is the roll fits sloppy on the shaft.Other manufacturers have expanders on the shaft for a tight fit.
