I ordered a a size too large but it still works great during my workouts!! I use it during my runs and workouts and it always makes me sweat really good. It's a good price for the product and it’s very easy to use. The Velcro is strong so be careful when getting close to other fabric lolIt’s comfortable and I honestly could wear it all day. It covers most of my torso but not all of it, but I am 5’4 and 216 lbs so lol

This waist trainer is the truth!! I absolutely love it. This waist trainer allowed my to sweat so well during my workout and it allow me core control and stability. I suffer from Diastasis Recti and my core is not the strongest. This waist trainer allowed me to feel more comfortable while doing core exercises without the excess strain that I feel normally. While I’m working on getting my core strengthened this waist trainer helps me to do just that as I continue to strengthen my core and sweat a great amount in that area. Very happy with this purchase and I’m considering buying another one for a backup.

It's ok. Wished it was smaller. My waist is 27 inches. I'm 105 pounds. It's adjustable so I really gotta lay down and suck it in to be able to get it to be tight around my waist. Because its so long, i gotta wrap it almost twice. It's cool for working out. It makes your waist sweat and you can see it. Its comfortable. I was going to return it but I didn't see anything better out there.

I bought this product to work out, and it certainly does its job. I work up a pretty good sweat around my midsection and have noticed results in only a week! I think a lot of it was water weight/bloating, but I do see a difference.

It's a nice product, but i was hoping for more compression. It is comfortable enough to wear all day though, so im going to keep it and continue to use it.Velcro is of good quality, effective for workouts, and a great value. I got the XL. I'm 5'2, 200ish lbs., round body type.

I wanted to lose weight mostly in my stomach and I saw that people used waist trainers with locks like on body shape wear but I decided to get this out of 1. Didn’t notice it was a Velcro and 2. It was cheap and in my budget. It was AMAZING the support that it has is amazing, it covers a wide area and makes you flat and fit into clothes better without being bulky and heavy on you and you can adjust it! It’s amazing, the shape of it, the coverage, the fit, the everything and even the thank you note was amazing!

This belt is very lightweight. It’s very comfortable, and provides great back support while I’m running. I couldn’t decide between a small and medium, so I went with the medium, I wear a size 27 waist, It is a little big, I probably could have gotten the small

I have had many sauna belts as I owned a boxing fitness gym for years. So it’s a way to make weight and flatten tummy. I use it , love it, it really works. Of course you need to workout in it or go for a brisk walk, jog , hit workout. This belt however is comfortable , easy to clean, quality material and more durable.
