I am someone who takes various supplements daily to assist with my overall health and well-being.I am constantly looking for new and different products to try and hopefully add something to my daily regimen.When I came across this item, I was intrigued by it.I liked it claims as well as the list of ingredients so I decided to go ahead and place an order for it.After it arrived, I started taking right away.Overall it had pretty minimal effects on me at least.I did feel a slight bit of energy and it gave me a little motivation to get my day started. But nothing more than your average pre-workout would provide.As far as my digestive system, I didn’t notice anything for that, so I don’t really need to even take this daily .On the plus side, it does have a list of quality ingredients and a lot of natural items which made me feel better about taking it.The taste is mediocre, but it did blend pretty wellBut the price point is super high and not worth it in my opinion.There are various supplements that make the same claims for a lot lower price point so unfortunately I can’t recommend this one.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

Im several weeks in on having one of these per night. The flavor is unremarkable - some green tea flavor with apple highlights, as you would expect from the ingredients… but fairly weak. I find it to be more enjoyable with ice in the mix. Directions on the package (once per day in the evening) don’t agree with the instructions on the listing (consume 3 times daily). As a once-daily supplement this is pretty expensive, but three times a day compounds that tremendously.Overall, I MIGHT be seeing some benefits; my digestion seems to be moving along somewhat better than usual, and once I’m up in the morning I feel a bit more motivated to get things done around the house. Unfortunately my appetite has also increased a bit.I’m not sure what I was expecting from this, and it seems I’ve gotten exactly what I expected… I’m not sure.

This is a dietary supplement that includes black bean, green tea, rosemary, olive oil, and 500 post biotics. They come in individual wrap packets that you can add to water or your drink of choice. The ingredients are 100% natural. I do think that more information should be on the product. I also feel that the box was very flimsy and was actually smooshed when it arrived so the packaging should be improved.It’s super expensive at $89.78 for 27 packs!

This drink mix is very expensive for just being a regular drink mix. There’s not much special about it that I could find in the ingredients. It’s sweetened with Stevia and has silicon dioxide, which from my understanding isn’t bad but it’s not great especially for the price you’re paying.Overall I’ve had no adverse reactions from the drink itself. Drink an 8oz cup a day.
