A classic, though cover photo is somewhat misleading. Anyways, it introduces you into a misterious world where you are meant to work with your own associations and conquering your ill thinking, conditionedness, bad habits. Start with coming in terms with the book cover. One of the basics of Franklin's work - impressively digestable, efficient and masterly structured handbook.

Unfortunate cover image
The cover does not reflect the content of this book looking more like a Pretty Polly advert. This book is rather off the wall but a great read for bodyworks and folk interested in looking after their own bodies.

Not a straightforward read
Not bad, a bit hippy wishy washy if I'm honest, so I'm going to buy a different one for my course
