AdoollaAC-14000 Portable Air Conditioner, 14,000 BTU, White

Received one that did not work. Customer Service sent another that works great! It's wonderful to know they stand behind their product. Very happy with ease of re-shipment and label to return.

I bought this ac last August 2023 and when I brought it out for Summer 2024 it doesn't cool any longer. Not happy that it's not working. I have tried resetting, cleaning filter and letting g it run for awhile. Nothing helped. Had to buy a new one. Different brand. Haven't received it yet

This portable unit is replacing an old air conditioner that was built into the wall. This one is quiet and cools our living area nicely. We did have to put it on a stand to run the water hose out the window. It was difficult draining the water from the bottom plug. It’s too close to the floor to fit a pan under it. I like that it has a sleep mode and the air vent moves up and down to disburse the cool air.

Did not get cold.

The unit was easy to setup, clear instructions, all necessary parts, very easy to move. Cools the room down fast, sleep mode is perfect. With a fan by the bedroom door it circulates to other rooms.

Didn't take long to make my bedroom cooler during high Temps outside. Doesn't circulate well through house. Temp said 81*f then went down several hours to 77*f and temp stayed there for rest of the rooms.

I ordered this ac for this summer but when i plugged it in. It only kinda cooled things down. This Morring however I awoke to the whole house being filled with gas from the ac. NO WARRENTY. Now I've had to breath toxic gas and I cant get a suitable replacement. $160 wasted

I just like everything about it it doesn't cool off the room it just runs and runs and it doesn't work I recommend you not buy it
