Works great, looks good, and easy to install! A bit pricey but everything is when it comes to the Big Green Egg.

THEY LOOK VERY GOOD AN EASY TO INSTALL

This is my second egg. My first one had two slat shelves, so I was excited to find the slightly longer three slat shelves, every bit of space helps.I was able to install them in about 10 minutes. You only need one tool and that is an 11 mm wrench as shown here.Everything you need is included in the box. They send you extra hardware, but I only used the nuts that they supplied. I did not feel like taking my ring off to use the screws they provided.Also you see here that the cover easily even with the shelves installed and folded down.

I was disappointed to read that I could not put anything hot on the shelves when it is clearly advertised as Bamboo. It must be a type of plastic because it could melt with hot items that are placed on it. See photo.

I had the spring hinge mechanism installed incorrectly on my egg. Also, check the bolt holes for the bracket alignment . I had to use the last one towards the rear and 2nd one from the front. Embarrassing after my first frustrated review. Happy as a clam now.

Great product. Shelves are straight and sturdy for cooking supplies and food. Love the feature that allows you to fold shelves in and out for storage.

Great addition to the grill! A must have.
