It didn't work. I went to a local honda ...
It didn't work. I went to a local honda dealer and bought a OEM part. ATV is now back up and running. I was able to return, with no problems.

Waste of time and money
Unfortunately this unit was defective, it physically rubbed on the flywheel and was damaged as soon as the engine was turned over. Go to honda, the part is only $5 more there, it comes in a day instead of a week and it actually works.
