I would say these are more 3-6 months but they are thick and good quality.

Perfect for baby with the boots and bar for clubbed feet. Fit is perfect, the quality is amazing and they have held up so well. They are taller than the actual boots which seems to be hard to find. We have already bought 3 sets and we will be continuing to buy them as he grows.
