My goodness, this was just the thing I needed. It went together in 15 minutes.... NO MORE Door Swaying. Best thing was that a few tweeks and it even fit better....just using that Alan Wrench. The pic shows the right side of the door and where the carpet meet (it's our Home Theater...thus the silly Movie Type carpet). You can see where the door meets both the carpet, the white Molding, the barn door itself, and the bamboo floor in the upper left. It looks very clean ..and you really don't even see it. I only needed this floor guide and no other guides!!! This is foolproof. Smooth as sild caster system.

This was really easy to install since it secure on the back and not the bottom. I was able to drill straight into the door frame without anchors. Kind of a weird angle the screw are at for trying to get a drill into but it works at a slight angle. Before installing I was worried the wheel would stick out too much from the door and look weird, but after installing, it doesn't look bad. It's easy to adjust before installing it and so far so good!

I purchased these after realizing the other ones I got would have required my contractor to put a notch in my new wood floor. These are so much nicer and better. They are flush with the floor and allow the door to slide quietly. We used a Johnson Track system and added 4 Single Panel French Doors. We mounted 2 doors and used the track to slide the other 2 doors. This guide sits behind the doors on the inside of my office. It looks lovely. I recommend them.

We installed a barn door and I knew that I didn't want to use the floor mounted slide that guides the door from below for two reasons: I didn't want to create a channel in the bottom of the door because I thought that might weaken the fiber board bottom; I didn't want to drill through my floor tile to attach the original equipment guide. This guide, although it does stick out about four inches into the hallway, mounts on the base board and the guide wheel keeps the door nicely against the wall.

This is a great upgrade for the barn door kit. The original track is white plastic and very cheap looking. We purchased one and installed and were so impressed at how it accents the door. The mechanism is very smooth. This particular one is half price of what some of the same are on amazon. Ended up purchasing the mate and WOW. What a door!

I had bought a sliding barn door kit and was using it on an antique door for my bathroom. The kit came with a door guide that only could be connected to the floor, so it wasn't tall enough. THIS guide could be connected to the wall and works perfectly!! I am very pleased with this item and was easy to install!! Thank you!!!

Works perfectly. Doesn't need to be screwed into the floor, and provides the stability I need for my barn door not to rattle. Wheel moves cleanly and quietly, which is good as this is in our master bedroom. Installation was very simple, and the adjustable wheel was important as the door we installed was oddly sized.
