I've have one, actually two. for years. Love!
I actually have two. First I use it 2 feet on one then put one foot on each to work my inner thighs. It really works. Put them close together. Remember to twist from the waist not the knees.This was a gift and my friend loves it. Takes up so little space.

Honestly, I could have lived without this, as I feel exercise and fitness can be achieved without gimmick products, but I bought into the hype, and it makes exercise more fun. It helps you focus more on balance and core, because it requires steady feet to stay afloat. It's pretty lightweight, which makes me question longterm durability but I'm not a small gal, and it supports me just fine. Plus, it doesn't require much space.
