Exceptional customer service
Great chair, my 11 years old daughter said its comfy and does the job. It was very easy to put together and look great in the room. One of the parts was damaged but customer service was great and replaced the chair.Highly recommend☺️

Cheap chair with no padding and flimsy plastic armrests
Very cheap chair with an uncomfortable backrest and no padding. One of the arms broke after a few weeks after I tried to lean on them to stand up (for information, I weigh around 45kg).

Cheap office chair
The media could not be loaded. So it's cheap.. As in cost but its also cheaply made..Wheels not very smooth.... its comfortable enough.. but feels a little flimsy.Prob no good for kids jumping around on it but ok for a chaor to use on and off if not sitting at a desk all day..I mean it's like less tha £50 what can you expect lol . Get what pay for and its ok for use now and then. But be gentle with itNot the best fabric. Would I buy another... no .. but for less than 50£ if lasts a tear I be happy
