This cover is almost perfect. It’s soft and lovely. However, the raised logo irritates my heels. I wish they would move it to the side or back part where you can’t feel it. Other than that, it’s fantastic.

Not exactly what I thought it would be. An accurate photo would be helpful. If you look at the last photo the seller has there is a view of the actual item. It is a light grey cover. If that isn’t going to work for you do not buy this. If you find the right size foam insert on amazon it comes compressed and will take more than a day to fully fill the cover. If you don’t want to struggle getting the pillow inside the case put it in right after you take it out of the package it was compressed it. It will fill it up.

I had foot surgery and needed to elevate the foot above the heart for a few weeks after the procedure. The pillow I bought came with a cover, but the problem was that the included cover was getting stuck to the hook and loop material on the special shoe I had to wear, causing the cover to pill. I decided that a smooth fabric cover would solve the problem, and this one does the trick. The shoe didn’t stick to the cover fabric at all. The cotton fabric is very smooth, almost like satin. It fits my elevation pillow perfectly.

Bought for husband who’s legs starting to swell, it’s doing the job, keeping his legs up when he’s laying down as the Dr said he should. He says it’s comfortable. That matters.

What more can I say!? It's a pillow case! It fits my leg pillow. It's a tight weave and feels nicer than the poly-velvetish case my pillow came with. That said, my pillow did come with a case and I could have saved some money... but... the cotton is nice so I have no regrets. :)
