Some people moan about the plug, saying it’s not a UK one. Well, surprise, surprise, it fits into a standard UK bathroom… shaver socket! These people must have wondered at some point in their lives what that two-pin socket (labelled SHAVERS ONLY) is for 🤣Product works really well. If you don’t have a shaver socket in your bathroom, get an adapter plug and charge it somewhere else.

I bought this on special offer for a good discount, and what a good find it was. Up until this arrived I had been doing my downstairs grooming using the built-in beard trimmer on my normal Braun foil shaver, which was somewhat perilous. You had to be very careful and would regularly nick the skin and draw blood, albeit relatively minor. This new shaver though has transformed the job completely. No longer does care need to be exercised. Not once have I managed to nick the skin even when it seemed inevitable, and the shave is much quicker and easier with the specially designed heads. Great product, highly recommended.

Meat and two veg trimmed in no-time!Cuts?… zero.Nicks?… zero.Grazes oozing blood???… zero.The oscillating blade and metal non-removable built-in comb guard has small teeth. The Sensitive plastic comb guard also has small teeth, so this ensures the skin cannot enter the cutting blade. Obviously be careful. You need to keep the skin flat, that’s the key to avoiding cuts. Don’t allow the skin to crease up or it could enter the cutting blade.Awesome product… like a previous reviewer mentioned, I too was using my beard trimmer down below, with the plastic comb guard on but always caused nasty cuts and was dangerous.This product is much more effective at cutting hair, and more efficient and less time consuming.Using the Sensitive plastic grey comb guard, leaves the hair a few millimetres long but it’s not an issue, looks better this way.This product is effective, efficient and safe.Haven’t used the other guards yet for longer hair length settings on the body… but presumably they work just fine too.

Does an acceptable job as a trimmer. The razor attachment is ineffective.I would have been better served purchasing a standard, adjustable trimmer at a lower price.

This has literally just ripped a (over my mum and dads life). 1/2 inch slit on my private area , like not just a nick or cut its full blown took a gash out down below to the point im currently debating hospital trip as i cant stop the bleeding , only leaving review right now as im on making sure it says skin safe and i wasnt imaging it , used it fir a good while now but my god this has just gave me a new fear ! , 100% not skin safe , with the sensitive area guard on its done serious damage down below i would have hate to have seen/felt the damge it would have done without the guard ! Ragin tbh

I bought when on offer price before Xmas mainly due to battery life and weight. I like my Phillips body groom but it has a short battery life. I have a Braun shaver for my face which works very well.I have tried using this and it isn’t as effective. I’m not a daily shaver downstairs (weekly ) so when I do, I just want to get the job done. It doesn’t without repeating. For back and shoulder hair and chest, just disappointing - leaves hair behind. The foil doesn’t come even close compared to bodygroom. I will try and see if it improves results through more use but I’m recharging my body groom again even for the 40 minutes it gives me.
