The headline says most of it.This is the first time I've given a 1 rating. I think the could be awesome if redesigned, which I explain the bads and solutions below.First, I have been an avid weightlifter most of my life, starting in 1970. When I was 16YO and 165 lbs, I did a 440 bench, 800 squat, and 700 deadlift in AAU competition. I have two gyms at home with more than 20,000 lbs total. If you know a man named Paul Anderson, he was a friend, and I have the squat rack he worked out on when in SoCal. That's enough about me. I'll include one more thing in the "recommended changes" below. I also own a MarCoolTrip MZ ABS Stimulator Belt (which is what I use the most), and a Beurer Abdominal Muscle EMS Belt, Muscle Stimulator and Trainer. They both have issues as well.The Problems with the System:The pads simply don't stick if you're not 100% clean shaven. You have some ability to program. You can do up right or lower left, or both side on the left. You can do upper right or lower right or both on the right side. You CANNOT do the entire stomach at the same time. The system uses two AA batteries. PS-I bought the extra sticky pads and gel. They didn't help. The stick pads seems to covert what I would describe as a broad based electrical stimulation the size of each pad, and seem to convert the stimulation to the size of a needle, i.e. no longer a "distributed" stimulation but a shock like a need is going in you.Recommended Changes to the System:I will start by saying I am Six Sigma certified, which means I am trained in fixed systems, processes, etc. This system, could be the best of all with a few changes. First, the abdominal unit needs to be built into an elastic/velcro waist belt going the full height of the stimulators. The small "arm" units also need elastic/velcro straps. With straps, the "needle" effect of the pads would be gone, because you wouldn't need pads. The unit needs to be able to stimulate the entire stomach at one time, not one or two of the four sections at a time. The unit needs to be converted to USB charging with enough battery storage to power all 8 stimulators at one time for at least 6 hours. Next, one problem with all of these types of devices is that if you bump against your counter, a chair, or anything, is messes with the controller. For the two units above, a brush up against my kitchen counter turns the unit off. I recommend adding a cover, perhaps on a hinge, over the controller. The unit automatically goes off after so many minutes. I recommended making that an option in the controller, perhaps with 15 min's, 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 min's, and "stay on till I turn you off? options. Those are sound Six Sigma suggestions. For me, I would like the controller to be lower, so that it would be under the belt line of my pants or shorts. That way, I would wear the unit while out.In summary, if the recommended design changes noted above were completed, this "could be" the best unit by far, and blow ALL competition away.E.A. Product nice, but could roll better over areas.

It is only good for a few months. After a while it doesn't give any pulses. Now I am using the small ones instead the big one for my ab muscles. Now, in order to get the same effect as at the time of purchasing it, I need to buy a new one. THis all makes it not really a good product. However, I didn't want to give them bad review or less stars.

It worked until I changed the pads on it. Then one quit working, within a month. The other one wouldn’t work either. Wasted money.

it is a joke in stimulation. tickles and makes your skin move and after one hour, feel nothing. such a joke. Finaly focused and tried it. sat on the table for 3 weeks and in one night i found it to be silly weak. on 4th level, most stimulated, feels like someone with a hand moving your belly back and forth. rediculously weak and such a waste of money. I have two older ones but better by 3 times! going to buy new pads for them and continue using. This is compared fairly to two others and the beat it hands down. becauses my return window was over today and today i tried using it. I LOST THE MONEY. Thanks Amazon. a regular customer now in doubt. This thing is terrible.

Well this does not actually create movement in my muscles, it works as a tens unit and helps to relax them

One treatment, and stomach can feel it. Lost a couple pounds already.

I received this product a few weeks ago. It worked great for about a week and the. 2 of the electric attachments started losing power. I tried replacing batteries, using new pads, or even replacing that sticky bit. None of it worked. At this point I ly 1 works and the other two ha e been discarded. Power went down until you could barely feel it on the highest setting.
