Oversized Adirondack Chair with 350lbs Duty Rating, 38L 30.25W 41.5H, 2 Cup Holders, Cecarol Poly Lumber Lounge Chair, Wood-Look Outdoor Chair for Patio, Poolside & Garden- White

This is a decent product. I love the design including the cup & wine glass holders. Overall the chair is pretty comfortable and I like the Adirondack chairs that have a curved design on the seat where your legs hit-like this one. There are only two drawbacks to note. The material, especially the slats on the seat, are not quite as sturdy as I would have thought. If you press on them, they do give a little. Maybe this flexibility is a good thing, design-wise, but I question how long this chair will last and if it will really hold the amount of weight as claimed. Also, the hardware (screws) are very cheap/poor quality. You cannot tighten the screws without stripping them out with the hex wrench. I’ll be buying new screws and replacing the ones that came with the chair. With that said, I am satisfied with the chair overall and am considering getting a 2nd one.

We purchased four (4) Adirondack chairs, delivered and assembled units @ 2.5 month after delivery and set up armrest on all chairs started fading and had product bleed through. Have contacted Amazon support which were very helpful and indicated that they would provide a refund. We enjoy the chairs and do not wish to return the products. Informed amazon of the product warranty from the manufacture which as per the owners manual. (1) 30 days to 3 months will replace defective unit due to manufacture fault with a new one. (2) 3 months to 24 months within 24 months we will provide timley and effective on-line after sales service after your purchase. As per the contact information provide by Amazon as well as the owners manual I sent an e mail to [email protected] on October 23rd 12:28 pm as well as October 30th 7:53 am as the vendor does not have a published customer service contact phone number. As of today 7 days after inital message to vendor I have had no contact. All we are requesting are the armrest replacment for the 4 chairs that we purchased. I have provided personal contact information on the messages that I sent to the vendor and will provide an update. hello as an update to the previous message and after many e mail discussions with the Cecarol customer service staff, they have agreed to provide the arm rest for three of the four chairs that we had orderd, as well as a replacment chair. I had inquiried as to why not just a replacment arm rest for all chairs, rather than sending a new chair?? I requested to know if the chair was discontiued as they were only able to provide arm rest parts for 3 chairs. I have received the new chair on saturday December 2nd and will provide an update once the arm rest for the other chairs arrive which is scheduled for next week. The armrest for the 3 chairs have arrived. Update: Have received all items in excellent condition. I want to thank CeCarol employees Otto and Janice for the excellent customers service provided resolving the issues as they were in constant contact with me ensuring that all was in order as well as tracking and confirming delivery for the products. we look forward to using our beautiful patio and CeCarol Andorondiak chairs. Even better than we expected. Feels like wood, super easy to assemble. Quality chairs. Love them

These large Cecarol Adirondack chairs are great! This form of dense resin looks and feels like wood but won’t splinter, rot, fade, warp, etc. You don’t ever need to repaint it because the color is fully within the resin itself. This chair is more ergonomic than traditional Adirondack chairs that have a severe seat angle and are harder to get in and out of. This was easy to assemble in 15 minutes (a second person though helps with weight and balance). Wood outdoor furniture is now obsolete!

I love Adirondack chairs and was very happy when my eight year old daughter wanted to help out my 3 new ones together, and happier that it was really easy and only 15 min per chair as promised.But, I find the chair uncomfortable. The seat feels awkwardly bumpy and the back is at an odd angle. Too vertical compared to the angle of the seat.If I had sat in them in a store I would not have bought them. But now I have three big assembled ones and feel stuck with them.
