Q: Could you use this for cat litter?

Yes, you can use it to store cat litter. I bought the biggest size and can store easily more than 30 litres. Furthermore the cat won't be able to get in or open it.

Q: Is this product weather proof and squirrel proof as will be keeping outdoors

It is stainless steel so shouldn't weather as long as it doesn't develop rust. But I keep mine in the conservatory out of harsh weather conditions. It will definitely be squirrel proof though.

Not flour, but dog food. The bin is airtight and I love it. Very smart and never smells. I would think if you’re storing flour the only issue may be static since the inner bin is plastic.

1070mm x 520mm - when closed again and moved back towards the wall the front of the closed handle is around 460mm from the wall. These are approximate measurements erring on the higher side as I don't have a set square :)
