Easy-to-use compact adapter -- Good for charging phones or laptop
This compact plug adapter worked great on a recent EU trip. It easily fits into the common outlets used in the EU. The only place it didn't work was an older hotel in Switzerland that had unusual outlets. One note: It doesn't convert to 120v. But, it does work for USBs and has dedicated outlets for them. So, you could charge a US phone or device without an issue. Likewise, since laptops have that converter box on the cord itself, this will work on a US laptop.Aside from laptops and phones, I wouldn't use it on something that needs true 120V power. For instance, if you had a US television and wanted to use this, you'd need a converter and not just an adapter.

Nice product, well executed - Awesome Customer Support
5/25/23 UpdateThis is just what we needed. A compact plug adapter with USB charging ports AND interchangeable connectors that would permit usage with both European and USA power sockets. Upon arrival this unit came with a European connector, and while that will work for us when overseas, I had hoped it would also include the USA socket connector (they DO make one of these having a USA connector) so it could be used while traveling in the US. I contacted the company twice and they let me know how to get the connector I needed (I was willing to get another one of their plug sets for the US just so I could obtain the pin-plug adapter). As it turns out - they ship the complete units having only a single pin plug to Amazon - and thus Amazon can only ship what they have in stock - however the company confirms they are considering making travel sets available having Both US and European adapters available.

DON’T BUY
I thought this one would stick to wall without falling, unlike the EU type, but it didn’t. It was unusable during my entire business trip to South Korea. I had to buy a converter at a local convenience store.

for cruise
we bought this to go on a cruise to Europe and we so glad we did. it worked just fine. the unit didn't heat up or anything. and our gadgets charged perfectly fine.

Adapter with ports
This is a nice adapter with USB ports on it so you don't have to use up the plub spots with the USB spots. It makes a very nice travel adapter. Small but mighty.

Stay Connected with this great product!
I haven't traveled with it yet, but am planning a trip to Europe this summer. With the many options this has and for the price I know my devices will stay charged. This is just an adapter not a conversion, so as long as your devices can tolerate up to 120V, you will be ok.
