Super easy to install. Crystal Clear image.Perfect sound: From scale 1-100, I am using 8/9/11 and rarely 18.It is exactly how I wanted and how I dreamed to be. Perfect size.With room antenna, I got all the channels I am interested in.The remote control is a jewel. It came in time and in perfect condition.I didn't have to adjust anything in terms of color and so on.Thank you for such an excellent TV. I highly recommend it.Congratulations to the manufacturer!

The overall TV is really nice for the money spent. However, in this instance, the DVD player was not functioning properly, so I had to return it and request a replacement. Just a note as to the product support from Sylvox--it's horrible. You will not be able to speak to a technical assistant; you will initially speak with an employee who will take down your order information and then supposedly pass it on to the tech dept. Expecting a call from the tech dept--not, four days later all you get is an email suggesting a fix for the problem. And if that doesn't work, you have to go through the whole process again of contacting them by phone. There is no way to reply to the tech email. If I didn't like their overall product so much, I would have nothing to do with this manufacturer again. So, buyer beware.

Used this tv on our 4 months camping trip this summer. The coaxial connection broke during our trip, but Sylvox honored the 1 year warranty and replaced the tv. They made sure a new TV was sent to my home when we returned. Great service, fantastic response to my problem and the TV is of great quality, giving us a wonderful tool of entertaining ourselves during our stats at different campgrounds in the US and even Canada. Thanks Sylvox, picture quality and great value for the price, perfect size for the small camper.

This TV is the perfect size for our class B motorhome. We lost the remote somehow while unpackaging it so I called the company and they have been wonderful to work with and are sending me a replacement remote! Super responsive, and great to work with if you make a silly mistake like we did :-) We are really excited that it has a built-in DVD player in case we are camping in a state park or some other remote place where we can’t get Wi-Fi. Great little TV and highly recommend!PS: Just want to add that the company sent me the remote super quickly and checked to make sure that I received it and that it was working well and that I was happy with the TV. Can’t say enough good about this company! Highly recommend!

I purchased this Sylvox 22inch RV tv/DVD player to replace the existing tv which was lacking a DVD player. I installed the Sylvox unit and quickly tested it , to make sure it worked. On our trip for 4 weeks. I found that the volume on the DVD would not adjust up or down, it was a low volume and hard to hear with a/c operating. I tried other DVD disks with the same result..

This TV was purchased for our kitchen, and we’re happy with it. The size is perfect for a space where you don’t want the TV to dominate. The picture quality is quite good. Only issue is the sound is a little “tinny”, but it’s ok. Also had trouble pairing with our Fire Stick remote, so I need to use the TV remote to turn it on and control volume, rather than the Fire Stick remote.

Put in my camper, works great

I thought this was a very good idea to buy as DVD player does play PAL as well as NTIC, however, HDMI FAILED after only 40 minutes so could not use tv only could watch DVDs after that. Will not recommend this brand to anyone as it is so badly built that it has no good side to it.

I bought this TV for my campervan and it is perfect. I have a FireTV stick so that allows me to watch TV with clear picture and the FM radio is a great feature. I am happy with the sound and am not using any supplemental speaker system. I haven't used the DVD yet, but I'm sure it will work fine too and very sleekly built into the TV. It uses VERY little power on my power supply. Great purchase.
