Like That different size pieces dislikes for the same price could’ve got double the way

I use 2 bags of this plus a squirt of washing up liquid in a tumbler for polishing my pewter castings, and it works great for me.Most of the media I received seems better than the photos other people have submitted so maybe I've been lucky.I'm not sure I would use this on silver items as the scratches would be too deep. Probably better to use a different media (i.e. non metallic) for that. But for Pewter where it doesn't need to be so fine it works very well!One word of caution though: the bags aren't closed very well so be careful how you unpack it. One of mine ended up all over the floor and took a long time to pick it all up - I couldn't even use a magnet as not all of it is magnetic!

Quite good, but the pieces could have been tumbled themselves before being delivered as they do have some sharp edges which COULD possibly cause scratches on something you are tumbling, and also scratch the inside of the [lastic tumbling barrel. Only time will tell, but if need be I can use the grinder and take the edges off each individual piece. As it stands they will do then job I want them for, which is getting large pieces of rust off metal detecting finds, but i would be very wary of using this media on coins and jewelry, or very ancient artifacts.

This is 20% of the normal price. I attend a silversmithing class and we have A Facebook page. I posted it on there too but someone said that there were poor reviews and that they weren't actually stainless and rusted. When they arrived I put one piece into a glass of water for a couple of days and then left it open to air fire another day. It didn't rust. I'm happy. I didn't give 5* simply because I haven't used it properly in my tumbler yet.

I’ve been using this media for a while now for tumbling brass casings with great results. The stainless hasn’t shown any signs of corrosion or tarnishing like you get with some cheap media. The only problem I’ve found with this media is the saucer shape pieces are just the right size to enter .223 casings and get stuck inside which is time consuming to remove. I’ve found it’s perfect for pistol calibers
