I have had a vacuum sealer for many of years. I usually bought rolls of bags which is more work. I love these, but to be honest I could've just went with the smaller bags only. They work great for this bulk in meat buyer. Large family and we do another of cooking outside.

This is a big pack of vacuum sealer bags. Unlike the rolls these are sealed at one end so basically all you do is put the food in the bag ansd use the machine to vacuum seal the bag. With all the air sucked out of the bag, the food will last a lot longer in the fridge and a very long time in the freezer, possibly years. You can also vacuum seal dried goods. I like to vacuum seal frozen hashbrowns that I have dried with my dehydrator. Those I keep in my pantry and they will be good for an extremely long time, possibly indefinitely.With the rolls you have to cut a length of roll, seal one end put the food in then vacuum seal. Not really that hard to do, but it is extra steps that take a little more time.150 bags should last a long time. The bags seem like any other vacuum bags that I've used so there is nothing to complain about there.

I was pleasantly surprised with these bags. They are a nice weight and quality material with a smooth and a textured side. I like the size and they seem like they will suit most of my needs. They might be a little longer than sometimes needed but that's what I get with the rolls too since I usually end up cutting off more than I need with those to avoid the risk of wasting one that I cut too small and can't use.Having always used the rolls, I like that this takes the guess work out and the convenience of not having to cut and seal the end before I can even get started. So far these have worked great in my machine. Often the machine runs through the vacuum cycle and doesn't register that all air is removed so it won't move on to the sealing process, I have to stop it, remove the bag, adjust the contents of the bag and just try again several times before it seals. So far I have not had that problem with these bags and they've stayed nice and tight after freezing, no extra air leaking in.

I LOVE these pre-cut vacuum bags, I've always bought the roll style but saw these and decided to give them a try. They're absolutely perfect! I'm able to portion out bulk meat purchases and I don't have to spend a bunch of time cutting rolls of bag material to a "close enough" size, guesstimating and wasting sometimes then I have to seal one end to make the bag then stuff it...nope, not anymore. I will never go bag to the roll style. Super rugged, haven't had any tears or seal failures. Great value for the price, can't recommend them highly enough!
