I purchased this heat press in December 2024 and it is now April 2025 and the press will not heat up. Now I have to purchase another one and my business is on hold.

I purchased the BetterSub Heat Press 15x15 inch Digital Heat Press Machine with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short due to a significant structural flaw. The bored holes for the bolts on this heat press compromise its integrity, leading to a weak point that caused my machine to break and become unusable.BetterSub should have addressed this issue by reinforcing the design, either by adding a support bracket or improving the welding. Without these reinforcements, the press is prone to failure under regular use. I ended up having to weld it myself to fix the problem, and while my DIY repair has held up so far, not everyone has the tools or skills to perform such a fix.Due to this critical issue, I cannot recommend this heat press. The design flaw makes it unreliable, especially for users who expect a durable product straight out of the box. Unless BetterSub addresses this structural problem in future models, buyers should look elsewhere for a more robust and dependable heat press.

The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this beautiful heat press! The slide out pressing table is so amazing so I can adjust what I’m pressing without the fear of getting burned by the heat plate. The press is very sturdy and it’s super easy to set your heat and timing settings. It automatically starts the timer when you close the lid, which is great because I tend to forget to hit start. The pressure adjuster knob works great and I didn’t have to tweak much right out of the box!All in all, I would 100% recommend this heat press to anyone who is in the market and it’s at a great price point!
