These are delish on—and super warm to about 30 degrees!I agree with other reviewers—these are not as heavy/fuzzy inside as the older pairs. But that said, they’re smooth, flexible, and can work under ski pants or jeans, if they’re not your skinniest!They definitely run a bit large, so consider going down a size. But you’ll love them for a winter base layer—or just kicking around the house, looking at the weather!

My husband has worn hot chillys for years and I decided to give them a try. Purchased the black size small. I'm 5'3, 120 lbs. and found them a bit generous for a bottom layer. I will be re-ordering an xs. Highly recommend tho.

These were fantastic as a base layer for skiing in very cold weather (avg temp around 10 degrees)! Kept me warm without added bulk! Only complaint is that it's annoying to have bunching inside ski boots, so I had to hike the extra length up toward my thighs since I'm a hair under 5'. Would be nice if these came in various lengths!

These are so great, fits just like a legging, wicks although I would call their medium a light, I am going to order the heavy also to see if it stays warmer in the damp NW winters.
