That's two statements you seldom hear together, "good for you" and "delicious"For numerous health reasons, I've had to overhaul my diet,So I've scanned the Internet for either superfoods, low fat, and reasonable calories etc,I stumbled across this soup (which actually is a filling broth) and thought, "OK, it's good for me, so I will have to suffer it"How wrong was I!Its blooming gorgeous, it has (overnight nearly) become my favourite meal, and I say "meal" as it really does fill you up,Why on earth do people suffer those slimming mixes etc etc, when there is this on the market,Do not hesitate to buy, I'm just about to order another pack of 6, you will not regret it, it is SO yummy.

these amy soups are good hearty filling soups with generous contents which are not watery, they are in fact so well filled they are a meal on their own.these soups are perfect as well for people who are unwell and are not at times able to digest heavy solids.
