I love barefoot shoes and tracking shoes, so this pair seemed to be a good option.When it arrived, I was a bit hesitant, because I thought I should have gone with half a size larger. However, it does stretch and break in slightly, so after a few uses it was perfect. I have narrow, skinny feet, not sure if this could work out for people with wider feet. The design is very good, the grip is excellent just like on tracking shoes, but it allows you to feel the terrain underneath, similarly to barefoot shoes.I highly recommend, its also excellent for the summer, but for wider feet I would go with at least half a size larger.

I am usually 41 or 42, but I ordered 42 and had to return. 43! But that is what the shoe size guideline actually says - the foot size and shoe size measurements correspond to 43 in this brand. I really love them. super comfy and soft all round hug. Have not used out - just around the house for a while, and feels great. Also I think the heal actually pushes foot little bit forward - but let's see how that wears in the future.

I have been wearing barefoot shoes only for over 5 years now and there is no doubt in my mind that they help with my lower back issues and sciatica. These are incredibly comfortable 💓. I'm trying to write a fair review because they have been worn daily for work where I am on my feet walking around all day.....however for £90 I would have hoped that they would have lasted longer than 5 months?!!! (purchased in May24) Sadly the soles have blown and they are headed for the bin 😰HOWEVER this hasn't stopped me purchasing another pair for work just in a different style. I have other merrel barefoots that have lasted longer but haven't been worn quite as much, although, another point to add, ALL my merrel shoes are a bit cold ❄️ you need good socks when it's chilly....more so than other brands I own!So to summarise:Fabulously comfortable shoes.Would highly recommend.A bit pricey for their longevity - only reason marked from a 5 to 4 is because they only lasted me 5 months but they've been hammered so I would still recommend they may well last you longer 💁

I've worn Vivos for 6 months and had no problems but then was struggling with my collapsed arches. I ended up with pain up the inside of my ankle and knee due to over pronation. I know I need to increase my foot strength but just need some small support. I looked at Merrells as I read they had some arch support. I know now that the Vapour gloves have no support which is fine but this model has a curved toe box. I could feel my toes being pushed together at the top so that is not a barefoot thing. I've loved being able to spread my toes out in the vivos. I've since gone for the trail glove 5s that have a sensible arch support but zero heel drop and wide toe box. I see from reviews that the 6 and 7s went off the barefoot path a bit more. I did return the Vapour Glove 6s due to the curved toe box. I would say that they're great if you want no support but they are counter productive as your toes won't be able to fully spread out and support you.

I bought these to gave a try to the barefoot type of shoes and I really love them. The only thing that I think will be a problem in the long run is the sole of the shoe. It doesnt look like it is going to last a long time, but only time will tell. I got them on sale at 70$ cad

These Merrell's were to replace my 12 year old pair that had the sole separating from the shoe body. I like how the sole comes up over the shoe toe. I love how lightweight these are, and they are the only shoes I use for kickboxing. They allow you to really connect to the ground and use your body's natural sense of balance on flat feet. These are a minimalist shoe, so they don't have a lot of support, but they fit like a glove, so my foot is very comfortable. The toe box is a little bigger than my old Merrell's. I would definitely buy again, but hopefully in another 12 years!
