Don’t buy
This does not do ANYTHING.Such an awful product.I got because my bed was vibrating from house and did not change a thing. Bed still vibrates from outside cars ect

Find a different solution - these are useless.
Bought these in the hope that my vibration problems and 3 years of resulting insomnia might be brought to a happy end. Sadly, these didn't 'do what it says on the tin.' It says a lot on the 'tin'; you'd truly think these were the magic cure for all shaking, shivering and shuddering that can afflict a bed and the person in it. Not so. No Bliss. Instead everything seemed now to be shaking like a jelly, and then the bed casters came off the risers in the middle of the night with an almighty jolt and left me with another night's ruined sleep (had to make do with the spare bed.) Don't bother. Total waste of money and effort to get the damn things in place to start with (no fun when you're 75 and 86 respectively) and then fish them out again. Didn't do the old ticker much good, or the knees.
