Taste great. Love this product. I use regularly. Does it work? I am 70. I am on zero pharmaceuticals. I prefer to let my body work its magic with the help of sublinguals. In my humble opinion, they work. I am not a doctor of any kind. But I do enjoy trying to yay healthy. The natural approach does not work for everyone. Genetics is important. Your gut and immune system is important. If you injest “trash” you are the product of yourself.

I’m a little wary of the ingredients listed mostly because it doesn’t specify what the sweetener is but it says sugar free. It also just doesn’t taste like what I know some of these ingredients to taste like. I don’t really understand how you can remove every flavor from a liquid ingredient and replace it with something that tastes like candy. Especially bc it lists the “whole food” of the ingredients and not necessarily extracts or compounds.The serving size is also really strange and my dropper is defective so it only fills up 1/4 of the way per squeeze so I have to do 4 squeezes to get one dropper’s worth, and it suggests doing that 8 times a day??? 32 squeezes? I tried two droppers worth (8 squeezes) before bed and literally slept for 12 hours with brain fog so I’ve been having 1/4 of a beaker once or twice a day and… idk. Questionable product. Makes me sleep well though and thats what I wanted.

Good taste

Not a big pill taker but was told a Magnesium supplement could be useful for me. The liquid option is ideal and it tastes pleasant enough. Easy to use and dropper measures doses accurately.

We love this product and it works great. But disappointed there is no return policy especially if the product is broken and leaking upon arrival. This is not a cheap item so they should at least replace it if it arrives broken.

I love this product because it helps me sleep, much better for me than melatonin. However, I will see if you take too much. You get drowsy the next day!

Too much carbs and sugar. Bought it recommended by shiatsu masseuse for workout recovery.She’s so muscular and trim that I assumed she avoided empty calories, particularly from sugar, on a daily basis. It turns out that this is REALLY nauseatingly sweet. No one wants to waste their calories, let alone carbs from sugar, on a post workout magnesium supplement when we can have magnesium capsules or even powders to mix in our drink of choice. I recommend searching for a better alternative.
