Genuine Chrysler Parts 5116079AA Windshield Washer Nozzle

Well, Amazon didn't say that it wasn't made for an Intrepid. That being said, the top of the part is exactly the same as the washer nozzle on the '03 Intrepid. However, the receptacle that the hose connects to is about .5" too long due to hood constraints. I believe it initially measured ~1.75" below the hoods surface. I wound up cutting about .5" of the tip off and using some super glue and a cable tie as a quick fix. It works. A more secure way around this would have been to drill two holes or make a notch on the bottom side of the hood so the nozzle would slide all of the way in without having to do away with the strain relief.

The part matched exactly and fit perfectly in the mount hole in the hood and the fluid hose fit perfectly over the barbed washer nozzle. The only issue I had was the deteriorated old nozzle had snapped off in the hose. I had to use needle-nose pliers to crush and dig out all the debris. I sure hope that I got it all out as it will surely clog the nozzle jets with plastic debris. Also, I should have bought two new ones. My new one is much blacker and shiney-new as compared to the existing 10 year old factory oem one. My fault.

Original equipment on this model (2003) has a ninety degree elbow built into the windshield washer (which disintegrated in removal). The replacement part does not include an integrated elbow or a separate elbow. Without this elbow the washer cannot be connected to the original tubing (not long enough to turn 90 degrees). I replaced the elbow with an elbow vacuum fitting from the local auto parts store. The elbow must not be a reducing type. Another solution would be to replace the hose but that would be considerably more expensive, time consuming and leave the hose dangling down from the hood a good 2 inches to make the required 90 degree turn without kinks to attach to the washer.

Perfect replacement nozzles for our 2006 PT Cruiser. The old nozzles both broke under the hood where the hose connects. If your nozzles have done the same, just use a pair of pliers and grab the bottom of the old nozzles. The lower portion will break off extremely easily. Then you just lift off the rest from the top of the hood. There was no need to even remove the heat barrier or try to pinch the little clips on the bottom of the nozzle (unless your trying to save the old nozzle for some reason).

I had 1 go bad on my 12 Ram. I fixed it with one of these. I hooked it up and it worked like a dream. While testing the new nozzle the other factory nozzle broke good thing I got 2 of these both work perfect. Both had the rubber gaskets unlike some customers stated. I would buy again and they work and fit perfectly on a 2012 RAM 1500 Laramie Longhorn.

Fit my 2007 Chrysler 300 Touring with no problems. Make sure you buy two, the one being replaced was snapped clean in half, while the one not broken snapped while just getting the hose re attached. Luckily I bought a spare so both went in with no problems. Seems well made.

I purchased two of these in September of last year as the stock ones on a 2008 Dodge Avenger had deteriorated and broke off at the hose connection. They were an exact fit and in less than five minutes I once again had windshield washer fluid spray. The pattern is good and the part has a robust feel considering they are molded plastic. I would not hesitate to purchase this item again. They are a bit pricey, however that is the nature of factory parts.

Nicely replaces an original nozzle that got crudded up after many years. Be sure to flush the tubing before connecting back to the nozzle. The design is changed from the original style in that the pattern is not from two holes but rather from a slit and does a better job of spraying across the windshield.

Fit perfectly and easy to install

I don't know why this little plastic part cost so much everywhere !? It was the cheapest here, but it's still so expensive !!!

Easy to install, seems stronger than the factory installed sprayer nozzles.
