The size of the tarp is smaller than advertised on the product label and website description
The size of the tarp is smaller than advertised on the product label and website descriptionI bought the 9 by 12 tarp to wall off an area that is 11-feet-4 inches wide and 7-feet-10 inches tall. I started securing the tarp at the top corner, about 3 inches from the actual edge of the space, expecting to have another 3-5 inches of slack on the other side. Nope. It didn't reach the other side.So I tried again, this time starting right on the edge of the space. This time, it *barely* made it to the other side, and I had to leave some extra slack in the rope on that side, leaving a noticeable gap in the enclosure. The height made it down to the floor, but definitely not with an extra 14 inches of slack as it should have. It was maybe 4 inches. They advertise a 9 by 12 tarp, but sell you a tarp that is barely more than 11 by 8. They should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of honestly and/or geometry skills.

The only thing Grizzly-like is the picture on the package.
I do not believe I have ever seen tarp this thin and I have bought and used 20+ over time for various tasks. It feels more like a plastic rather than tarp. It leaked water the very first day and doesn't seem it will last long. I am just disappointing about how rigged Amazon review system is (there is no way this many positive reviews are authentic for this product and I wasted so much time and money on this.I am only guessing that the calculation on this is that even if 1 out of 5 buyers keeps the tarp, they still make profit since it costs them probably around $2 to make these in China. then, if the return rate gets too high, they just switch the name. These people are despicable for offering this type of garbage and Amazon needs to figure out how the system is rigged (they probably will not since they also profit from this sale; or this could even be their own brand).Attached are the pictures to see the how light goes through and how purely woven it is. Even the aluminum grommets look extremely cheap and uneven.

Find a different tarp, even though you can get this one quickly
I purchased this expecting a really, really cheap tarp.I was therefore actually pretty surprised at how truly crappy this one was.The grommets were only half installed, not aligned with the actual hole in the tarp, or completely missing. One corner was folded back on itself and stuck together - when I tried to straighten it, it ripped, leaving a hole.I think you could probably choose about any other tarp randomly on Amazon and it would be better.

Horrible - Avoid this Tarp
This tarp arrived ripped. It was the 8x10 as ordered but it wasn't 8 feet nor was it 10' - much shorter on both sides. I was trying to cover sandboxes and the measurements mattered. It says it is 5 mil thick, but it feels so very thin - thinner than the 5 mil tarps (also blue, laminated, tight 8x8 weave) that we got from Home Depot. At first I was pleased with the weight but it's not worth your time or money -- ripped, not too size, and flimsy. Avoid this horrible tarp.

Good For What We Need It For
I got this tarp to cover my sons inflatable pool. it works well to keep the pollen, leaves and bird poop out of the water, stays cleaner for longer. some friends loved this set up so much, they asked for all the same material to do a similar set up for their daughter of the same age. so, I recommend to other and if we need another tarp for something, I would purchase this again.

Tarp is not waterproof. Be warned.
This has been the worst tarp we have ever bought. It is not waterproof at all. AT ALL. We have been tent campfire 45 years. We have even tent in hurricane conditions and the bottom of tent was never wet. Broke camp today , 2 days ago it had rain the bottom of tent was wet so we had to open it up when we got home. Waste of time. Will try to find address for the company that sold this item to ask for a refund. Pls don’t order this item. Sadly u have to give a star for product . Not happy about it. Would give it a negative 99 or more.

I would not recommend It.
I got it yesterday and the material does not look very resistant. It already came with a ripped seam. I would not recommend It.

Amazing ground cloth for pool!
I bought this to use for my 15 ft round Intex pool and its very durable and works better than the Intex ground cloth. I put this down on the ground a day before I set up the pool and we had a torrential downpour that night and it held up to the water that was sitting on top of it (the ground wasn't quite level and it had about 5 inches of water on top). I recommend to anyone who may be using this for a pool, to use a padding on top of this tarp to provide the pool with additional comfort if the surface underneath is hard.

Light Weight Material - pretty low quality
Hi, I bought this tarp to be used over my tent trailer when camping - keep bird and tree droppings off etc.Usually a tarp has its outer edge framed by a rope or such with the material folded back on itself to form a tear resistant edge. First observation was that this one did not appear to have that framing.During the first night - Wind picked up and the tarp ripped away from every one of the eyelits where I had a rope tied. Looks like it had bite marks in 8 places where the eyelits used to be. I grabbed some tarp clips from my bag and reattached the tarp to the ropes - by morning it was ripped away in 3 additional places but the other tarp clips held. We were not talking about gale force winds or extreme conditions just enough to cause some billowing of the tarp. This one did not hold up.It might be good for use as a ground sheet or similar but definitely not for an application where durability will be a factor.Perhaps I don't understand how they rate thickness but I did find the promotion of 5mm thickness rather misleading as when I picture 5mm .... I think about the thickness of 5 dimes stacked - this was closer to 1/2 a dime thick.I didn't pay much but as we were camping on Crown-Land I figured that the cost was still less than 1 nights fee at a provincial park and I got to use the Amazon box to start our fire so I didn't even bother to return or complain.I have since purchased a very thick tarp from HomeDepot for about 4x the cost. My father used to say buy the best and only cry once. i learned my lesson when it came to tarps.

This is the worst tarp I've ever got
This is the worst tarp I've ever got. One small tug to tighten it and it ripped. The weaving is really bad and poorly made. I will never buy another one. I can get a better one from my local Canadian Tire for a couple bucks more. Only about to use it once and it's going in the garbage. Sad. I've use other taps and I still have it after 10 years. Grizzly tarps are the worst.

It had a gaping hole out of the package
I bought this to protect our kids trampoline during the bad weather season. As we unfolded it as the rain started, I noted a thumb sized hole in the middle of the tarp. A hole in a tarp basically makes the NEW tarp a gigantic waste of money. But it is a very large and the rain was already falling so I opted to slap some duct tape on it rather than replace it because I'd have to figure out how to fold this gigantic tarp in my house or yard and it was already getting dirty from the rain and overhanging tree. Also, i'd already dismanted the netting around the trampoline and didn't want to leave it exposed while waiting for a new one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just a big big waste of money. The point of a tarp like this is protection. It's like selling me a cooler without a lid. Very disappointed.

Pela descrição eu achei que o tamanho fosse 8 metros por 10.. mas veio uma longa bem pequena.

Thin and not to size
This was purchased to cover some deck furniture for the winter. I ordered 9 x 12, but the actual dimensions are 8' 2" x 11' 3". The extra few inches would have allowed this tarp to completely cover the furniture all the way around. It will likely do the job over the winter, but this appears to be a product that will only last one season outdoors. Maybe less. It is extremely thin. I'll report back after the winter and let you know how it held up.
