I really like this scooper for my freed dried packaging. The only thing I am not too thrilled with is that the edges are pretty sharp and I make sure to hand wash it myself and put it away so no one accidentally grabs it and gets cut by it. I have made a work around by slicing a straw in half and putting it on the edge.

I bought this to use with my Harvest right freeze dryer trays. The rolling metal handle doesn’t even roll all the way forward to give you a good grip, your fingers are touching the edge of not so great metal. At the other end of the scoop, the edges on each side are great, except for again, not a great cut it’s cheaply made. This should not be more than 3 to 5 dollars. The edges are not professionally, cleaned up, polished or made safe, smooth out. So be careful around your clothing, your hands, and children. It’s the right size, and it does the job, just not happy with the quality.

Easy to pick up multiple items from a tray. I always use it to pick up dehydrated vegetables etc.

This scraper is sturdy and durable. Makes moving cut produce quick and easy with nothing dropped.
