Dicky Bag Splat, Medium, Black

Expensive for what it is but well made. Ordered black splat one as the photo looked as if the bag did not have the logo tag 'duck soup' as item was for someone who is vegan however when it arrived it did have the logo tab, contacted Amazon who sorted the situation very efficiently. The item was smaller than expected but the person it was gifted too is happy with the size and finds it very useful especially when on long walks where there are no dog poo bins. There are a large selection of colours and sizes available. Can't see the relevance of the name of the bag but hey ho there must be a reason!

I'm a dog walker and I've been using a dicky bag for a while now,it means you have your hands free for dealing with a recalcitrant wet dog.However it does mean you are clipping a bag of dog waste to your clothes! Which seems a bit weird.You'll need to express the air from your poo bag before putting it in the Dicky Bag otherwise it won't fit. If you force it the poo bag might split and .........well I don't even want to got there.The dicky bag comes with a air freshener inside it (poor thing what chance has it got). I must have emptied my Dicky Bag and the air freshener with it. I now use one of those Xmas tree car fresheners.If you walk dogs a long way and you don't want to carry dog poo around with you or hang it in a tree! The Dicky Bag does keep the smell under control. Just don't forget it is full.

I ordered the medium size. I have found it awkward to have it attached to my dog's lead or collar due to its size.Not practical to attach to belt loop when walking my dog in the winter months whilst wearing a coat,having to lift coat to access the bag.More suited for the summer months,really good idea and works well.Nothing more annoying in not being able to find a bin when needed.

How did I manage without it. I absolutely love the Dicky Bag, I have it attached to my dogs lead, it is so light even when full. I haven't noticed any smells coming from within the bag. It is so much easier than carrying a little plastic bag, worrying if it might split. I walk my dog where there are no bins so to be able to carry home the mess is perfect. I have the small dicky bag, easily enough room for two poos from my cairn terrier. Bags are easily dispensed from within the lid, there is room in there for a spare roll, I pop the full bag in the main compartment, zip in any smells and walk on. The mess is safely contained until I get home, unzip and empty into the bin. I love it so much I have bought one for a friend.

I am loving this bag splat, I read all the reviews before purchasing this item but I always keep a open mind regarding reviews & I'm so glad I did, it is a god send, I have a Newfie puppy & a black lab and the bag splat copes great, the rubber top is brilliant I put in rolls of poo bags in there rather than put separate nappy sacks or bags, the rolls dispense loverly, the smelly in the bottom is a must have, I use to use a plastic container with a smelly for the car but no more, I just pop it in the boot and away to go, I would recommend this bag splat to any responsible dog owner and the design is just great, I have had so many comments on the bag splat as it just looks like a doggy bag, just brilliant.

Brilliant invention! Whilst recently on holiday in Herefordshire, we walked our Golden Retriever through lots of woodland and countryside with hardly any doggy waste bins around so having this strapped to the lead via the handy velcro strip was magic.It really does keep the odour in the bag and it's so lightweight that you don't know you're carrying it - so glad I bought it. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased a Dickie Bag. I still use the first as well, but as a professional dog walker I needed more storage space for my pack's business!I really recommend this product - it's very durable, the caribiner clip is handy for connecting it to my rucksack and it can hold 3 pops by large dogs (I'm talking Newfies & Dogue Du Bordeauxs) or about 6 from average sized dogs. It's also really easy to wash.

Since I received this handy bag, I've used it regularly on dog walks. I have to say I usually fill it with treats, ball on rope, keys etc. and slip it over my wrist (as it unfortunately doesn't have a shoulder strap, which would have been really useful to remain hands free!).Only used it once for the purpose it's sold for but no doubt it will be used loads now as pup is bigger and we're going for longer walks off the beaten track where there aren't poo bins!And love the poo bags, good conversation piece!!All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.
